Review:I can see a lot of people hating this book, because the main plot involves a 90 year old falling in love with a 14 year old virgin whore. And taken at face value, a lot of what goes on in this story can be pretty twisted--but having said that, I really don't think you're supposed to take this story at face value. Review:I like the Kate Daniels series. There's a lot of blood and fighting, but it's fairly fast moving with interesting characters and decent plots. The authors do a good job.

On the other hand, the Edge series, while again having some interesting characters, is way too dark. Read more

Review:I liked the book but it didn't suck me in as fast as ON THE EDGE. It took me three days to read the first half and I almost put it down a few times. I kept checking Amazon reviews and dearauthor to see if I was missing something, lol. I am glad I stuck it out because once it got going it was great and only took about two hours to finish.
