Erotica
Review:I love this book. The two main characters drove me crazy with all the resentment and mistrust at first. It made me want to read it that much more to see if they resolve everything. Johanna Lindsey is one of my favorite authors and I have never been disappointed by one. Read more
Review:This is one of my favorite Lindsey novels. The characters are wonderfully real, and the hero Angel is one of my all time favorites. The dialogue is witty and their story is a lot of fun. You get to revisit some other characters of Lindsey's from Savage Thunder and Brave the Wild Wind. That's one of the things I absolutely love about Lindsey's novels; is that we get to see some of our old friends from previous novels, and see how they're doing. Read more
Review:Its about a Christina who's been kidnapped by Phillip who wants to take her as his mistress in a deserted foreign land. The half way through the book was guided by lust (at least in my opinion) then when christina was pregnant was my only happiness untill she gave birth, and then philip finds out. From that then is good until the story ends.
The Captive bride is no that bad but no that good either so i recommend you give it a try. Read more
Review:I knew from reading reviews that something bad happened to Tess at the beginning of this book. The road back from this terrible event was gut wrenching. It ripped my heart out. Stomped on it. Put it in a blender and chopped it up into a gazillion pieces and then set it in fire. What an emotional roller coaster ride this book was. There is a HEA, but the road to get there is treacherous. I hope book 3 is all hearts and flowers and BDSM! Read more
Review:Samantha Young has done an an amazing job with this series. It doesn't have to be read in order but it makes for a more compelling read if you do. It is a series that you can read again and again, I actually have.
I am looking forward to her future works. Read more

Review:It was very short - like a novella. The entire first half is basically a sex scene. It is quite different from the other four books. It's like the start of something new. A lot of people complained that it sucked but I enjoyed it. It's going to be erotic, so if you can't handle that then you really shouldn't be 5 books into the Meredith Gentry series.
As usual I love the book. Even for erotica it has a plot and it can be pretty deep. The whole magical system never ceases to amaze me. Laur... Read more

Review:All of the things the other reviewers have written - both good and bad - are mostly true. This is definitely an average read. The only thing I could NOT get pass was the fact that Merry Gentry turned into Anita Blake within 3 chapters and stayed there. Merry, who always was political correct and just slightly a coward, turned a new leaf and ran around killing people left and right. Yeah, I get that she was backed into a corner, but the old Merry would have found her way out of it using her g... Read more
Review:I was very much looking forward to reading this book, and I have to say I was a bit dissapointed. I loved all the others but there was just something about this one that seemed like the plot had just been thrown together, almost last minute as if the author ran out of thins to write about. Overall however it does tie into the series in keeping the same characters, and overall this series was one I enjoyed very very much. Read more
