Review:I am no intellectual, and stumbled upon this book through a ladies' magazine article asking celebs what they were reading. Elizabeth Shue, whose talent I really enjoy, mentioned Letters to a Young Poet. The book is for the open-minded and the big- hearted, teachable few that possess the intellectual chops to parse and absorb the beauty of Rilke's words and insight. It is both a comfort and an inspiration. I LOVE this book. Buy it, and share some time with it, and yourself. Read more

Review:Beautiful made book! Has every last nursery rhythm and stories you could think of even ones I have forgotten. Even though my daughter is only six months old I love flipping through the pages to read her a story. Must have on your little ones shelf! Read more
Review:I would not consider this “very good” condition. The cover was stained and slightly sticky. It’s icky, but all the pages are there. I would have said “fair” condition because binding was good. Meh...disappointed in condition- happy to have book. Read more
Review:Wonderful collection. My son's favorite is "The Naming of Cats". Early on, the poetry teaches an appreciation of language and rhythm and words. Think we started reading it to him 6 month to a year. Of course, he was more engaged because we had a great cat. Read more

Review:I was very disappointed with the product. It was described as "Used, Very Good" with no marking or writing inside. Today I received a book that was stained and marked with pencil, pen, and highlighter. The outside cover had been folded at least a few times and a large piece of tape was barely holding the back cover together. Overall, I was very disappointed. Read more
