Review:Entertaining read but nothing really spectacular here. This part of the Promise story really just served as a setup for the conclusion in part 3. If you are a fan of the world of avatar then read all three parts but nothing too incredible here in part 2. Read more
Review:I originally bought a sticker book from this company from the store and wanted to try other pictures. The quality in this version is completely lacking. The stickers were incorrectly sized for the spaces, the edges weren't straight, and the stickers were barely sticky. I am really disappointed with this purchase. Read more
Review:So I purchased this book after reading Mythology: The DC Comics Arts of Alex Ross in which i discovered that Alex Ross studied Andrew Loomis' book in order to improve both his shading and anatomy. The book arrived on time. I've never purchased an art book before but I was surprised to find out just how easy it was to follow. From learning about shading and how it applies to the human figure to creating form and learning how to apply it on a live model this book was truly a guide into anatomy dra... Read more
Review:I highly recommend this book for children wanting to draw better, former artists needing a refresher or just anyone wanting to make their art better. It is written on a beginner level but goes into some detailed artwork. As a homeschooling mother I love that it includes the vocabulary and background information on some of the art styles. Review:Betty Edwards has compiled more helpful information & useful exercises than I've found in numerous art/color classes & books of all kinds. Her book is a "must have" for anyone who wants to understand & use color well & to comprehend color interactions. It is wonderful! Read more
Review:Marc Ecko provides an honest and insightful look at personal brand creation. I can wholeheartedly recommend this book to ANYONE who needs clarity in developing their ideas beyond their imagination. I especially enjoyed the anecdotes and asides. Although, at some points, the asides interrupted the narrative flow, the illustrations/photographs enlighten and entertain. Awesome read; sick-ass story and trilliant execution. Read more

Review:Having suffered a loss of creativity, I bought this book in the hopes that it would help me get that creative spark back and improve my overall skill. It helped, and in general had some good ideas, but it didn't really help solve the underlying problems. Honestly, I'd buy it used if at all. Read more
Review:This book is a fun way to learn about calligraphy, but it definitely leans towards “modern” handwriting. Perfect for learning how to write girly cards, canvases, etc. Pages of the book are a little thin. Read more
