Review:WV15: content.
So back where we left off. Runt meets PEBBLE at the dungeon and Pebble and S explained that Pebble had a n effect of confusion III when he tried to kill Runt.
Then, the four enter the boss and finds Nethesoul the giant zombie sitting on a throne. Since Nethersoul had the stoneskin and haste effects they decided they should wait it out. But halfway through the wait, a potion flew into Nethersoul's hand and he drinks it. Which gave him regen V.

Review:The cover art shipping now (July '08) is the beige one in the alternate images -- a useless and dull cover compared with the exciting view of Mrs. Frisby and the crow Jeremy against blue on display at this page. I wish I'd bought this in a bookstore instead, and might have had another choice of cover art. At least the interior art is the excellent classic version. Read more
Review:Slightly juvenile but entertaining anyways. Typical love story but I like the twist on the vampires. I enough how Meade writes and her characters are more fleshed out than the normal tween writers tend to be. I'd recommend this series and the following Bloodlines novels. I enjoyed them very much. Quick and Dirty: A girl has to prove that she isn't a failure, while a guy is coming to grips with being a sylph and learning the girl of his dreams (literally) is real.
Opening Sentence: I'm lucky to be alive.
The Review:

Review:Heinlein practically invented the science fiction juvenile -- meaning written specifically for the young adult market -- but that doesn't mean they're any less fun than his "adult" novels. This one, one of his best know, features the Stone family of Luna: Father Roger an engineer and ex-mayor of Luna City (and the author of a continuing adventure serial for Earth), mother Edith an M.D., grandma Hazel a Founding Father of the Lunar Revolution (she always packs a gun, though nowadays it's just a p... Review:I thought this book was amazing! I've always been fascinated my vampires and such folklore, and this book has made me want to learn as much as I can! I also found it very inspirational, because I am a 14-year-old aspiring author, and just the fact that someone my age can finally receive recognition and respect as a writer gives me the courage to go after my dream! Keep it up, Amelia! I can't wait to read your future work. Read more
Review:There is something appealing about all of the books I have read by Rick Riordan. Whether you are a child or an adult, he always manages to communicate with all audiences. He develops his characters, and makes you care for them.
I confess I do not enjoy the Egyptian mythology series, The Kane Chronicles, AS MUCH as the Greek mythology series, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, or the other new Greco-Roman mythology series, The Heroes of Olympus. However, I do enjoy all of these, and I think ... Read more
Review:I loved the first couple books in this series and I pre-ordered this one... The magic system and world building was great and I loved Call's struggle to determine if he was good or evil. However, I cannot give this book a 4 or 5 star review as much as I'd like to because my only reaction having finished the book is "seriously?!?!" This book was way too short and ended on way too much of a cliff hanger (though I guess since it was prophesied that I shouldn't be surprised.) Also I didn't like how ... Read more
