The Graphic Novel series Book 3) - A Graphic Novel (Vampire Academy

Slightly juvenile but entertaining anyways. Typical love story but I like the twist on the vampires. I enough how Meade writes and her characters are more fleshed out than the normal tween writers tend to be. I'd recommend this series and the following Bloodlines novels. I enjoyed them very much.

I absolutely loved this book!! Definitely my favorite so far. I stayed glued to this book since I got it. I was crying, laughing, and at the edge of my seat the whole time. If you are looking for a reason to read the va series, this is it!!!

This book arrived in excellent condition and was very pleased if you want a good series to read then this series is for you, the Vampire
Academy it is almost as good as True Blood it ranks up there with it and was very good can't wait for the last installlment.

This series just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to see how it all ends. I recommend this series to any book lover, no matter your age, especially if you like a good vampire story with the right amount of action and romance.

It is amazing and thrilling. It toyed with my heart so much!!!! I felt the pain and joy with the characters and son I was entrapped as a character in the book. It was sad when it ended and I had to go back to a mundane life!! I highly recommend.

Decent final act. The first two-thirds anyone could predict completely, which made it slightly boring. The premise that is set up for the next book is worth it. This is what I call popcorn fiction; it's entertaining enough to kill a couple of hours but that's about it.

...but even more, importantly, I had to finish this book, the latest installment in the Vampire Academy world.

If you're not already hooked into this series, this author, by all means GO. Buy. Read. Definitely including this, the third book in the series, they'll all be well worth your time.

Skillful writing. Tight plotting. Excellent characterizations. Multi-layered motivations. The events in this book are carried forward by some really *good* writing of the very finest escapist-fiction variety. The usually so-obvious and solid line between good and bad takes a bit of a hit, too, here in the third Vampire Academy book.

This is a remarkable book in an extraordinary vampire fantasy series, a type of book which has, since the publication of LKH's 'Guilty Pleasures', become a _vastly_ overcrowded genre.

This book (and the series from whence it comes) adds another sparkling, sizzling book to the magic of the genre we call 'vampire fantasy' or 'vampire romance' or 'dark fantasy' or 'urban fantasy' or urban dark fantasy'. (Please insert whatever combination of adjectives you like best ['dark vampire romance urban magic blood bond fantasy'] in the appropriate place in the previous sentence.) Bottom line: This is a wonderful read, and the field needs more wildly imaginative and painstakingly perfectionist writers like Mead.

Seriously, if you haven't read these books, get out from under the rock you're hiding under and start them now!!! Don't be put off by how weird and flat-out comical the movie was--trust me the books are 1000% better!

This is my favorite so far in the series. Dimitri finally shows his true feelings for Rose, but is taken away from. The second half of this book is great, action, romance, and dread. Can't wait to read #4.

I love this series. I get further and further hooked with every book I listen to. Non-stop action, unexpected twists and remarkably deep insight into memorable characters. Would definitely recommend this book!

The whole series is just completely out of this world! It completely blew my mind the elaborateness of the story and how much Richelle tied in lots of humor to the romance and the vamperistic power displays going on along with lots of inner conflicting emotions with rose the main character. Though we do see some Lisa through her "eyes" through the entire thing. Later in the series I couldn't stop crying ( end of book 3 and almost all of book 4) I am currently on book 5 and can not wait to see what will happen next!

Big decisions are hard to make, and making them are apart of growing up. Rose grew up so fast, it was hard to read how she lost so much. The kindling that she got from love ones was warming and endearing.

This is the best vampire series ever! It's beautifully written! An amazing author with a very creative and detailed mind! This makes the Twilight series look like even more trash than it already is! For any paranormal, action, romance, political view lovers! Give this series a chance!!!

I have grown attached to some of these characters and things are changing quickly for Rose &Lissa. Some changes are good and some are heart breaking. This book draws you in and further explains the bonds held between the two girls.

I was recommended this series by a friend. I bought them one at a time, but ended up buying all of them in a week! I couldn't put them down. It is a great, new look at the vampire world. I was tired of the "usual" (and boring) view that has been presented recently and wanted something different and this series has definitely met my needs!
