Review:Grace, I've come to believe can not be described. Like the limitations of physics where we can only know space or time of an atom, so grace is inexorable.
Strobel brings forth an incredible array of anecdotes and stores to exemplify and encapsulate a part of grace. Some are typical rock bottom redemption stories, others are what happens to the "good son" in the prodigal son story.
Every story touched me profoundly and I found myself literally weeping at several. That grace can caus... Read more

Review:The effort of the author is to sincerely convey experiences professionals have had during the line of Duty; but it for fell short for me because the subjective nature that many of the stories have to do with only one witness describing what they've seen and or describing a 'feeling', which is the nature of most ghost stories.
Things get very interesting when there is camera evidence and multiple eyewitnesses.

Review:The Moody rang familiar his name from studies in past shown this name of great importance in his books in librarys, book stores and magazine articles. One rea had the notion that this Drson why he seems so familaiar to me in the beginning was that this Dr. has a trait that my highly intelligent cousin has who also happens to be a Dr. ,they both share Perfect Recall. Review:Have you ever walked through a store and had something catch your eye and you don't know why, but you pick it up? I don't know why I picked up this book. But I did and started reading. I found myself standing in the middle of Kmart, thinking of my daughter and crying like a baby. She had recently separated from her husband and this book/song said exactly what I have always wanted for her. I bought it and sent it to her and she cried too.
I had heard the song before, but never listened to ... Read more

Review:Mixed feelings about this book. She starts out with some really great base principles but then she gets into this angel for this reason and this guide for another reason. Confusing. Sincere. Fascinating but isn't our higher self more than sufficient to look out for us? I don't know either. Either way, it's a good read. I just wonder about all the different guides and angels for different areas. Read more
Review:One of the clearest instructions on self realization from an Advaita master. Readers will quickly realize the remarkable depth, eloquence and clarity in his answers, which are beyond the mind, coming from an unfathomable source, the pure consciousness itself. My deepest, heartfelt gratitude to Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj for showing the way. Read more
Review:While the style is anything but concise and to the point David Godman lays out the"teaching" of the Sage of Aranachula in a way that should be accessible, if not particularly helpful, to those of a western mindset. Read more
