Review:Ruth Plumly Thompson's 1st Oz book. While the stories had become a bit repetitive by this point, the introduction of new characters continues to entertain and there's something just so charming about these. They are, in every respect, American fairytales. If you like fantasy or have kids of any age, get these books. Thompson's attempts to mimic Baum come across a bit weak and her stories greatly improve when she simply writes with her own voice. Also, this one has some unfortunate racial comment... Read more

Review:Well this is intriguing! Great character development, although I’m not sure about some of Sabrina’s actions and I wanted to punch Donovan. I’m so intrigued by him. I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen. Read more
Review:I found this book very penetrating and personal, and it should be required reading for a seminary student,,with a view to giving them a firm biblical foundation for pastoral practice.
A book to be cherished I think. Read more
Review:If you have been following my reviews then you know how big a fan of Katie McGarry I am. Review:Juvenile writing. Reading this book was like listening to high school girl tell a story over the phone.....boring, hurried, no meat to the story and lack of development of characters and plot. Thank goodness it was free. I may not have wasted money on this book, but I will never get back the time I wasted reading it. NEVER will I order a book by this author. Sorry. Read more
Review:This book seemed promising for the beginning of a new series...an ice rescue diver seemed like a new enough concept for a leading man. Unfortunately, not much time was given to developing characters, backgrounds or the story. Even for a short story it felt rushed and unsatisfying. Read more
Review:Kayla likes to sometimes give her man an ego boost, “a stupid man with a great big ***k,” I tease him, reaching under and palming his erection." Although short this book brought Christmas cheer and sexy times, lots of sexy times. Read more
