Review:Mirror, Mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all! Well me of course! I am on the first week and already I am seeing a difference. Just like going to a gym doing reps to exercise, this is great way to exercise your mind and re-frame the negative thinking that you do not even realize that you are programmed too. Changing your mind into a positive mindset, this goes hand in hand with her book Heal Your Body and I read Dr Wayne Dyer book "change your thoughts, change your life" these com... Read more
Review:As usual, Louise Hay breaks down loving your body- and yourself- in these beautiful, simple steps.
It enlightened me to think about the gifts I have in the present that I merely overlook.

Review:This book is so revealing and supportive. It demonstrated to me why I felt as I have, for so many years. But more than that..what I can do to heal from what impacted me. The clear and simple self help strategies are invaluable. I also appreciate the demonstration that my impacts are specific to me, and may not be the same for my siblings. That is very supportive too. Review:The workbook doesn’t go with the book. They are two different editions. The exercises from the book are completely different from the ones in the workbook. Very confusing. Makes workbook a waste of money. Read more

Review:My wonderful caring school principal recommended this book to the staff as we have a population that is rather heavily burdened with poverty and other stresses. You need to read this if you work with children or parent them.... Read more

The only reason I give it a 4 star is because I think it is meant for younger teens (I am 18) as opposed to late teens. I feel like the actual lessons are a bit elementary, things I already know or can do an easier way. That also may just be me.
Overall I recommend getting this book because even if you know your prob... Read more
Review:In another of his amazing books, Godin implores folks to create "art." He defines art not as painting, etc, but in being unique, meaningful and indispensable in whatever industry you work in. A great read! Read more
Review:It was organized logically, offered balanced perspectives and was extremely insightful. My feelings were described and validated. I would recommend this book to anyone seeking to understand the complexities of infidelity Read more
Review:This book is easy to read, not boring.
Some points of view are questionable and don't really help in one individual life
it doesn't have any new ideas that you can catch and use when you have a difficult situation.
Ideas from the other books help more. I think that book "Passionate marriage" by David Schnarch, or "Passionista" by Ian Kerner are more helpful and useful.
This is just another book with some life examples from consulting practice Read more
