Review:This book is essential to osteopathic medical students for OMM - it skips all the boring details and gets to the good stuff. The practice questions are great. What I don't understand is why they are still stuck in the 90s and not offering this as an ebook. Get on board, publishers! Read more
Review:Passed the CCRN first try- this book is very concise and easy to follow without giving too much or too little info to understand topics. Passing it around at work for everyone to use. Great review book- suggest this over any others. Read more
Review:This book was very simple...so simple it almost made me feel simple. At first I thought that was a good thing, but the more I read the less useful it became. I would suggest this maybe more if you were teaching yourself...but for classes where a lecture of some sort is supplementing learning, this book is definitely way too easy. Read more

Review:So far I've only done 2 of the 10 steps listed but it still helped. The numbers are down from a couple of months ago. You will learn a lot by reading this book. Highly recommended if you want to lower your Blood Pressure and not use drugs to do it. Read more
Review:Dr. Holick is the leader in who's who of vitamin D . He knows more on the subject than anyone. Everyone concerned with health should read it. Technical enough for the scientific mind ans simple enough for the rest of us. Read more

Review:The very title gives the reader a clue as to how the book is written: factual, clearly stated, and pretty boring. If the reader wants to learn a little about the subject, it's okay; but, if you'd like to be entertained, either by the subject matter or the writing, forget it. Read more
Review:Oliver Sacks has given us a wonderful book. Since there are already close to 50 high praising reviews, there is little which I can add to these. However, while keeping this a "5 Star" book in my estimation, I shall point out some areas that it could have been better.
Sacks describes a seminal incident in his life in which he informed his farther that he is gay, and asks for this not to be disclosed to Oliver's mother.Nonetheless, the father does inform "Ma" about this, and the next morn... Read more
Review:This book is extremely helpful and easy to comprehend. I am personally struggling with the diet- wine and nightshades are my biggest obstacle. However, I do notice a significant difference in my arthritis pain levels and skin's appearance when I stick to the regimen. I would recommend this book for anyone struggling with psoriasis. If you have the commitment and want to really try to overcome psoriasis, then I would absolutely try this diet plan. Read more
