Review:I fell in love with Throttle and loved how Kimber brought the tough sexy outlaw to his knees. And I loved how Throttle showed Kimber that it was ok to let go of the past and love again. This book was a great addition to the Insurgents series, it has all of our favorite sexy bikers and their sweet ole ladies, plus new faces. And add in the mystery man going around stealing ladies underwear. Plus a fight here and there. That gives us an exciting story that you won't be able to put down. S... Read more

Review:I was quite skeptical when I started the Wimsey books written by Jill Paton Walsh, because I am an ardent Dorothy Sayers fan. It was a pleasant surprise then, when I found them quite good. I have looked forward to this newest episode for some time, and am so very disappointed I doubt I will read any more of this series at all.
Lord Peter, as belonging to Sayers, is a complex man of high honor and human frailness. Sayers never delves into Lord Peter's faith and beliefs, but one has the conv... Read more
Review:This book is a little different from the previous Jack Stratton books. Jack and Alice are working apart from each other, though still working the same cases. But some different characteristics about Jack are revealed in this book that hadn't been in previous books, such as his suffering from PTSD. The author mentioned (in an email to me after I commented on it) that he did bring this out more in this book. I also found Jack capable of doing things not found in the other books as well. The book ... Read more
Review:THE STORYLINE IS INTERESTING, AND SOMEWHAT UNIQUE. THE CAST ADDS TO THE OVERALL TALE AND I THOUGHT THE COMMENTS RE THE "YAKUZA" AND THE CHARACTER OF KIKU HELPED A LOT.
I WILL ASSUME THERE WILL BE MORE STORIES AS IT SEEMS JACK AND REPLACEMENT WILL INEVITABLY "GET TOGETHER".
I ALSO FEEL THAT THAT LADY'S INTRODUCTION WAS A VALUABLE ADDITION BUT THERE SEEMED TO B E A DEFINITE SIMILARITY TO ANOTHER DOG NAMED "GNARLY". Read more

Review:Another great murder, suspense thriller from John Sandford. This is book 6 or 7 in his Prey series and it does not disappoint. The villians are interesting and the ending has a couple twists and turns. My plan is to read the entire Prey series. Read more
