Review:I greatly enjoyed the book, though I wish the extended epilogue had more info regarding the aunt & cousin getting what they richly deserved. Mine ended with her waiting for her mother which was a bit disappointing. Read more
Review:I really enjoy Regency Era romance and this author did not disappoint me! The storyline was well written and on point, the plot flowed smoothly throughout the entire book and the characters were so well developed that as I turned each page I became more and more invested as the relationship evolved between Robert and Georgiana! Review:Don't you just love books with nice tidy resolutions, where the good people end up triumphing and the baddies get their just desserts? Somehow I'd missed out on reading Cold Comfort Farm before. Glad I was able to remedy that, and to enjoy the ride. Read more
Review:This book should become required middle or a least high school reading .... especially with the recent embraceement of bigotry, racism, sexism, xenophobia in America that's been rearing its ugly head with the 2016 elections. Read more
Review:I read all three and was really looking forward to this one. It was good. A little predictable and frustrating in some ways but overall, good. I enjoyed the first two books much more but like having a good ending to the entire story. Read more

Review:The music in this item is awesome. It is calming especially when driving. As you listen you can reread the book in your mind. The book is better than the film though the film was also excellent. I am glad I bought this CD. Read more

The younger Duke is visiting Annabelle father to purchase some art pieces, one old Masters collection piece. There are some unsuspecting characters that turn up with the Reverend, one is his apprentice and one is the brother to the apprentice. This story has a great flow and a depth to the characters that keep... Read more
Review:If you love literature, this is a fantastic work. I also read in during a trip to India. The trip gave context to the novel and the novel context to the locations I was visiting. That's honestly the best way to explore a new country. Read more
Review:I LOVED the introduction of Holmes to Watson as flat mates. Very interesting to hear Watson's initial take on Holmes personality, etc. Great imagery of London.....the part 2 section was unexpected (and a bit long) but the story returned home in the end. Read more
