Review:I don't usually like sci-fi type reading but this series caught me by surprise. I like it a lot. Review:This is one of my favorite series. Good story line, lots of action, character development and keeps it interesting every book...without having to fill with gratuitous sex. Not many strong heroines that I really enjoy reading; most books coming out now are YA and I'm of a certain age. Review:There are 2 reasons I gave this book 3 stars when I wanted to give it 1. 1.) Jess is a great character. Despite such weak material and lame love interest, he was a fun character. 2.) The bonus chapter, which had nothing to do with the book, was the best part.
