Review:This is an excellent devotional, it really ministers to the daily needs of my life. I so appreciate the perspective it is written from. I love the style of writing, and the application of the scripture. Read more
Review:This book really did catch me off guard when I read it. I picked it up at the recommendation of an employee at my local bookstore, and while I have read several good books via a strangers recommendation, I have never read one as good as this.
This book is basically one story split into three sections titled "Fiat Homo", "Fiat Lux" and "Fiat Voluntas Tua". They all take place after the 'Flame Deluge', which is when mankinds ignorance and evil have culmanated into a nuclear holocaust. The s... Read more
Review:I enjoyed Last Breath, although at first I thought I was reading the new novel due out August 8. It's a great, fast paced story, with characters you instantly know. Karin is the master of surprise and interesting twists, and this book doesn't disappoint! Read more

Review:Despite what you might think when you see the cover, this isn’t just another book about “homemaking.” If you know anything about Sally Clarkson’s personal testimony, you know that she was not a natural-born homemaker dreaming of a houseful of children when her journey into motherhood began. She struggled with chaotic messes, hectic schedules, many moves, challenging personalities, and unkind criticism just like the rest of us. This book is about the vision God gave her and her husband for c... Read more
Review:I absolutely loved this book. It impacted the way my wife and I approach the world and people in general, and has helped both of us to appreciate what God has given us more than ever before. I cannot recommend this book enough. Read more
Review:The book, "Barking to the Choir" is a spectacularly moving book. I wrote notes on many of the pages as I read the book. In fact, I was so mesmerized, I purchased five more copies to give to others. The messages of the book deeply reached me personally and for the work that I do. Read more
Review:It is difficult to write a poor review about a book which hits home to so many. These Christian women mean well and the topic needs to be addressed in today's "busy and fulfilled" culture. YET, the writing is poor quality. Where was the editor? Just because you love Jesus, and have a message to share, should not be an invitation to ramble on and on. Truly, the idea of "showing up, offering compassion without advise or sage words" is a noble thought. BUT, as believers we should demand quali... Read more
Review:We have used this book at our church for summer reading and discussions. Our priest has paired it with videos with Desmond Tutu that have deepened the experience of understanding what forgiving is truly about. Read more
Review:Oh my. Everyone must own this book. I only just started to read it and everything Mr. Hays is saying is truth. It is so scary what is about to happen. All I can say is to get prepared. I am 54-years old and have been around long enough to see the world change and it hasn't changed for the better. It has become worse. One of the major changes I have seen is the greed among people and that is what our government wants because that is what the New World Order is all about. Greed starting at the top... Read more
