Review:Golf and Archery as practiced by the Zen masters are among the few sports in which the participant releases a shot without looking at the target. If you really want to "be the ball", you must read Eugen Herrigel's masterpiece. It's small, but with this and Michael Murphy's "Golf in the Kingdom", you'll be ready for cosmic consciousness. Review:This is an excellent reference, full of illustration and very updated. However, I tried to replace the Look pedals in my bike and I couldn't get the proper instructions in the book. There are only two pages on the topic. I did whatever I could to remove the pedals and was impossible (Look pedals does not accept the 15mm pedal wrench shown in the book) so I ended up going to the bike shop and fortunately they remove the pedals and installed the new ones for free.
Then, I bough a set of Sh... Read more
Review:I just finished Justin Roberts' book, Best Seat in the House and can't recommend it enough. Obviously right now there's a lot of talk about the JBL's deplorable bullying, however I was taken aback by the stories of the rough condition of travel and the abuse and utter lack of communication by management. It was really interesting to read this shortly after re-listening to CM Punk's podcast with Colt Cabana from November 2014 and many of the "alleged" injustices that Punk had pointed out.
Review:Shipping Was Swift & The Book itself is extremely interesting, while reading it you get a sense of ' OMG this was written over 300 years ago & Here I am reading this. Great insight By Miyamoto Musashi Very Insightful & Mind Opening. Read more

Review:Hands down one of the best Lori Foster books I've read. Confession time: Lori Foster was one of my very first romance authors that I read. she lured me into an amazing world and I had soon read most, if not all, of her books. And I'll be honest I've been a little lacking in reading her books lately, but this book caught my attention. I was hearing such amazing things and I said to myself: It's time to go back to what made you love romance books in the first place. And what a return to Ms. Foster... Read more
Review:After No Limits, I was really looking forward to the next installment. However, I was kind of disappointed in Holding Strong. While I enjoyed once again meeting all of the characters that I grew to love in the first book, the story itself I found to be quite dull. The characters seemed to have the same discussions over and over again that at times it felt a little tedious. The suspense of the novel felt more like a mere annoyance that was given little page time. And, towards the end of the ... Read more
Review:I thoroughly enjoyed Tough Love. I've been really looking forward to the story of Vanity and Stack after the previous book, and this one did not disappoint. They are both great characters, and I loved how Vanity was so sure of her feelings for Stack and acted on them. Stack was commitment shy, but was wonderfully protective of Vanity. The two had great chemistry together, and I loved reading their story.
Vanity made a deal with Stack to spend a night with him in return for accompanying he... Read more
Review:Lori Foster sure knows how to hook you in right from the beginning and not let go until the very end. What a great suspenseful romance. Not too scary suspenseful but still got a good mystery going on to see who the villain was. I had a hunch but I was kept being thrown off. So many possible suspects and it was great trying to guess "who dunnit." Now on to the romance part. *Great big sigh* Miles and Maxi were HOT! Their chemistry was off the charts and I really loved how their relationship devel... Read more
Review:This book exhibits a great behind the scenes of elite gymnastics and ice skating of issues such as eating disorders, training and competing through injuries, body image, pressure from parents and coaches, etc. This book is a great read if you are a fan of either sport although it depicts a bit of a negative and stereotypical picture for both sports, times have indeed changed and have become better with respect to coaching and caring for athletes.
