Review:I purchased this book, because of the great reviews. The story line was interesting, but I didn't care for the book. I think there was so much left out that should have been revealed. When telling of Kelsey and Tavish's dreams, the author writes from first person as if talking to a friend saying "the dream got private after that".
Really good time travel books are Tamara Leigh's Dreamspell and Ceci Giltenan's Pocket Watch series.

Review:The Awakening of Ivy Leavold is a historical romance. It was a disappointment in that I was intrigued by it at first but was left hanging at the end. Review:Enjoyable storyline and writing were enjoyable although some scenes were drawn out a bit. Yet more rhetoric could have been spent on Sophia's illness and death to give her and the boy's story closure.

EMERSON's end was both fitting and sufficient.

The reader does not experience Daniel's movement and return to Laynie other than Daniel's statement about Beth helping him with the house.

Review:I seriously can't get enough of Duvall's Immortal Guardians or Gifted Ones. It's always exciting when Seth is in the story, but I almost hope she never fully tells his story because it's better to keep him mysterious (although he is biblically old, super tall and has wings.)
