Review:This is the story on which the motion picture was based. The film is absolutely true to the story, even to using the same dialogue at times. I had actually seen the film first and been so impressed that I wanted to read the story.
Make sure you read the story also. It demonstrates the same passion and love and loss as the film. It also demonstrates the same fear and inability to let go and grab all that life offers.
My hat off to Annie. I am also a writer and I wish I had half her ... Read more
Review:A great change to read historical MM. Loved it. Keira is new to me, but it won't be my last read :) This book had it all; the characters, the descriptions, the romance, the intrigue. Enjoyed it tremendously! Read more

This is not an unbiased review. I love KJ Charles’ writing; how she combines strong plotting, rounded characters, romance, sex with a healthy dose of humour, and playfulness.
My anticipation was so high regarding Think of England; it seemed tailor-made: the Edwardian Era is one of my favorite historical periods, any book with a Jewish MC gets my vote, and I write poetry. When I started reading ‘grown-up’ books that weren’t for school, I... Read more
Review:I have literally just finished reading this book.
My thoughts, when I finished the last sentence: "That was lovely!"
There were a few laugh out loud moments, some "awww!" moments and a lot of good intentions all around.
Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended lighthearted reading :-) Read more

Review:This book was well written and definitely kept my interest. I learned a lot more about World War I, probably more than I ever wanted to know. Be in a good mood when you read it. It is definitely a heavy book and can be very depressing. Read more
Review:I loved the combination of sweet romance, humor, and a bit of feistiness in this story. There's some angst but not as much as there could've been and that worked well for me. It's what I would call a comforting read, where you just get immersed in the story, get transported to a different world. I think Felix's story is still my fave in this series, but this one is a close second. Read more
Review:Felix is shy and studious. His academic interests take him to an island in Europe where he meets another visitor to the castle Felix is studying. What Felix does not know until much later is the man he meets is the Crown Prince of Liorland, Lio. The main conflict in the story is how will a future king be in a relationship with a man when there are so many expectations that come with the role he was born to have.
Lio is very down to earth for a royal. He's kind, generous, and thoughtfu... Read more
