Review:I really love the approach the author took with this book. It is obvious that he knows A LOT about how crediting agencies work behind the scenes but he explains it in a way that he isn't talking over your head. He goes through things step by step and gives very pragmatic details about how to set up your day to day operation, what to label folders with, addresses, etc... It's amazing how bad most of the existing charts are.
