Review:Excellent book. Andrew keeps it concise and packed with discussion and examples of core concepts necessary to learning the trade. I first listened to it on Audible and immediately knew I'd want the Kindle version for highlighting and note taking. My second read through on Kindle reinforced those key concepts, and because it wasn't 8,000 pages of theory or self-promotion (like many other similar books) I really got a lot out of it. I felt it was certainly worth the time and investment, and I ... Read more
Review:"This is the calm before the storm." Harry Dent was referring to the real estate market in September 2006, as he addressed the Network Advisors at a conference in Tampa. His research suggested that we were in the greatest housing bubble that we have ever experienced, which was about to rapidly deflate. Dent uses the same forecasting methods to predict the future of our economy in his newest book "The Great Depression Ahead".
Dent's insight, research and practical forecasting methods ar... Read more

Review:I have been full time in the real estate business since 1956. This, without a doubt, is one of the best books ever written, concerning real estate. It is not only good for the new person entering real estate, or thinking about entering, it is also excellent for those that have been practicing for a good number of years. I purchased a book for each of my agents and we reviewed it page by page in subsequent Staff Meetings.
In addition I have purchased several to give away to potential ag... Read more
Review:The discipline for successful trading (all varieties of trading) is firmly planted in FINANCIAL FREEDOM. Not Flashy from this standpoint. It does not offer the latest entry techniques and wealth guarantees. It is Solid by originating a six-point discipline to successful investing. The book details a comprehensive mathematical and psychological plan to carry investors to success. The book might be better classified as a reference book than a 'quick' read. I would recommend this book. Read more
Review:The concept of the book actually states on its cover -- Discipline.
Learn everything about discipline and you are good to go. What irritates me is that this book lacks the fundamental psychological analysis (e.g.: psychoanalysis), offends the most valuable business principle (i.e.: concise/KISS) and also misses the personal touch (lack of examples, stories). So it is hard to categorize it as anything but a twaddle.
Save your money and read something that demonstrate the discipline,... Read more
