Review:This book is extremely helpful and easy to comprehend. I am personally struggling with the diet- wine and nightshades are my biggest obstacle. However, I do notice a significant difference in my arthritis pain levels and skin's appearance when I stick to the regimen. I would recommend this book for anyone struggling with psoriasis.
