Review:Coming with no background in Sociology, I picked this book because it was suggested to me. I found it very easily accessible, and a really thought provoking commentary on how society is changing under our feet. It intersperses 'data' on our changing views and habits with a very insightful commentary on how these pieces of the puzzle fit together and shape out lives. Best book I've read in ages. Read more

Review:The book is amazing, the people I bought from were not. When the used book arrived from Czars all the pages were coated in a dingy film. The book reeked of an odor I must assume was rat piss. Holding the book to read made me nauseous and ill. After teaching through chapter 1, I finally took it to a graphic arts place and had them photo copy all the pages so that I could throw it away. Review:As other reviewers have pointed out, this (sixth) edition of Security Analysis includes a reprint of the popular 1940 edition (Warren Buffett's favorite), minus some chapters.
