Review:Been doing keto 35 days. Bought for some new ideas and I am pleased with the recipes. Everything needed seemed to be keto basics I already had in my pantry or fridge which makes it super convenient especially on work nights. I highly suggest Read more
Review:Thomas Keller is the number one chef in this country. Having had the experience of eating at French Laundry and, myself, graduating from Cordon Bleu, this book could not be better. The recipes are wonderous and the photography is amazing. NOT a book for beginners! But hell, after you've mastered the kitchen reward yourself with this book! Read more
Review:This book has met and surpassed my expectations. I purchased it for myself and my wife who is a very big fan of Alton Browns and has so far thouroughly enjoyed the book. We look forward to many years enjoyment out of this book! Read more
Review:Annoying to use, and very poorly organized. Very short recipes that are repeated in various forms with a minor ingredient change, all about 1 page or less in length, and no rhyme or reason about organization of the recipes. You can't lookup ingredients, and every time you want to use this, you have to basically read the entire table of contents looking for a recipe. Read more
Review:Overall, a very good selection of recipes. Instructions are specific and easy enough to follow to yield great results. My only quibble is that there seems to be quite a bit of specialized equipment/ingredients with the recipes written for their specific use. Takes a bit of effort to adapt to whatever you have in the house, but not too bad. Read more
Review:This is a cookbook from Vivian Howard. She left the chef life in the east to return to her North Carolina life where she is rediscovering staple southern foods and running a few restaurants and raising twins with her husband. She is full of energy! Read more

This book follows her pattern of taking her fascinating real life, and explaining it as though we were sitting chatting over coffee. Although we've never met in person, I feel as though through her stories, we've lived a lifetime of memories together.
Again, I couldn't put this book down until I'd read it from cover to cover. The recipies not only are easy to f... Read more

Review:Paterniti is an excellent writer who seems to have embarked on a very complicated journey. His descriptions of the small Spanish town of Guzman and its eccentric inhabitants take you there as he sits with you at the center of the action. My only complaint is since the story is so convoluted as it unfolds, it takes a long time to reach the conclusion. Read more
Review:I have loved all reading all the Hannah mystery books and enjoy the recipes! So had to get this book too. Makes it a lot easier to have all the recipes in one place. That way I don't have to remember which book had what recipe! Read more
