Been doing keto 35 days. Bought for some new ideas and I am pleased with the recipes. Everything needed seemed to be keto basics I already had in my pantry or fridge which makes it super convenient especially on work nights. I highly suggest

I absolutely love this cookbook! Everything I've made so far has been fantastic and you don't have to buy a bunch of crazy ingredients like a lot of cookbooks. I highly recommend this to anyone just starting out on the Keto Diet!

I love this cook book!! The recipes are delicious and easy to make as a busy working mom of two little ones. The recipes are simple and every time I try a new recipe I am surprised how flavorful it turns out. I’ve been able to lose weight on a keto diet and several of these recipes have made it into our regular weeknight dinner rotation. The recipes are really easy and my (non keto) husband even enjoys them. Current favorites are German Bratwurst, clam chowder, beef chili and chicken lime chili. I consider myself somewhat of a cookbook junkie as I have bought a lot of cookbooks and this is one of my favorites.

There are not many pictures which didn’t matter to me. My only complaint is that I wish it had even more recipes!!

This has some great recipes and fairly easy to make. The recipes all include the fat content per serving. I think I may start some of these recipes as they are low-carb, high fat and moderate protein. Some recipes include Pizza Soup, Keto Hot Fudge, Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole and many more.

I adore this cookbook! The recipes are straight forward, quick, and easy to make. Most take very little prep time.

I can follow a recipe but I'm not a gourmet chef by any means. No one is ever going to ask me to debone a chicken in under 3 minutes. This book doesn't demand any fancy knife skills or kitchen gadgets fancier than a slow cooker, skillet, or muffin tin.

The ingredients are all pretty standard for people on a keto diet. The fanciest ingredients I've had to pick up are a couple limes and some Swerve (a keto friendly sugar substitute).

I received this book 5 days ago and I've already made: Stuffed Avocados, Pork Carnitas, and Key Life Cheesecakes.

Stuffed Avocados - where has this been all my life? Like stuffed peppers but creamy and rich and amazeballs!

Pork Carnitas - easiest and most delicious pulled pork I've ever made. Made a HUGE amount of pork. I froze half so in 2 - 3 weeks I can have it again. Today I made a pork bowl (shredded cabbage, pork carnitas, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, gucamole, chopped cilantro, and a lime wedge) to take to work for lunch. It was off the hook amazing. My roommate is using a bunch of what we didn't freeze today to make green chile stew.

Key Lime Cheesecakes - the crust and then the filling are both made right in your blender. Super easy but looks so impressive! Brought them to a pot luck where several of the participants are gluten free. They were so excited to have a dessert they could eat! These are incredibly rich and satisfying. I am going to make more this weekend for a friend's baby shower.

Since I received a free copy from the publisher, I've been LOVING cooking my way through her recipes! Cooking times are short and clean-up is minimal.
