I've followed Laura Lea's blog and instagram accounts for a while and I'm so glad the cookbook is finally out! She has taught me so much about healthy eating and cooking in a really practical way. I was always intimidated by all of the conflicting literature/opinions out there, but Laura Lea's approach is so approachable and realistic. My boyfriend has loved her recipes and tips too as we are both striving to live healthier and more active lives. Be sure to get a copy of this cookbook for yourself! You don't want to miss this one!!

This cookbook is simply beautiful, well thought out, easy to execute and absolutely delicious recipes. Each recipe I've made, and I've made a lot, has been so yummy that it inspires me to try another and another. My husband has loved everything I've made, too! This cookbook is exactly what I have been hoping someone would write. Simple recipes, healthy ingredients and delicious! Her recipes aren't overwhelmingly difficult so you can actually make them and not have it be a whole big production. Many use a lot of the same ingredients so it's really easy to make multiple dishes without having to spend a lot. She even suggests different recipes to make with extra ingredients in the book! If my husband will eat these healthy recipes and love them any picky eater will too.

I absolutely love Laura Lea and her recipes and have been following her blog since day 1 so when a cookbook was released I was absolutely over the moon. When I finally received it I was blown away by the amazing photography and of course all of the recipes and content. There are SO many new recipes that I want to try and know that I will love. There is such a great variety of all types of meals/food and all healthy and balanced. I would highly recommend this cookbook to anyone!

This is not your typical healthy cookbook. Laura Lea fantastically incorporates her passion for delicious classic food and healthy living into this book. The photography is also great and all the recipes are well written and super delicious. You have to try the fudgey black bean brownies. Also, I recommend that you follow her on instagram!!

This is an amazing cookbook written by an incredibly talented and sweet friend. I say friend because I met her once and follow her Instagram stories. My daughter bought me this book for Mothers Day and as soon as I got it, I immediately bought her one as well. I have already made a couple of recipes and can't wait to try more!!!! The photography in this book is beautiful and the recipe instructions are so easy to read. Every cook/kitchen needs this book!!

I have used this cookbook more than any other cookbook that I own. The recipes are fun and easy and most importantly...delicious. Every recipe I make out of this book is a fan favorite. I have even sent multiple people copies as gifts because friends are always asking where I found my recipes. This is a must if you are looking to create yummy dishes that are full of nutrient dense ingredients!

This cookbook is a godsend! I have many cookbooks, but this is the one I open the most frequently. These recipes are accessible, healthy, and don't require dozens of obscure ingredients. AND, I've never made a thing from this cookbook that my honey and I haven't absolutely devoured with lots of yummy sounds. Everything has been a win. Would recommend to a friend, or even a stranger 100% of the time.

I've made MULTIPLE recipes from this cookbook and have been thrilled with every single one. She has changed the way I think about food and how I compose my meals. Several days in a row I will eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack all from this book. I feel genuinely nourished by the food in this book. My kids love what I make and are learning to make healthy choices!!

This cookbook is A-MAZING! Laura has seriously thought if everything and offers various alternatives to adjust to GF and/or dairy free needs. I've bought other "health" cookbooks and while the recipes are good, you can definitely tell they're healthy. Not this cookbook.. everything is so delicious, I don't miss the unhealthy ingredients or version. Thank you Laura!

Wonderful cookbook of healthy and inventive recipes that are enjoyable to make! I LOVE this cookbook so much! Recipes are great but also the book is beautiful- pictures and how it is laid out makes this cookbook my all time favorite! She has absolutely created recipes and ideas that guide you to make balanced choices, cook healthy and ENJOY the food and the process. Can't say enough about how great she is!

This is probably my most used cookbook!! Laura does an amazing job at making easy to follow recipes that are not only healthy but DELICIOUS. The Indian butter chicken and the Chocolate chip cookie recipes have to be my FAVORITE! If you don’t have this cookbook get it. I promise you will not regret the wonderful food you will soon be eating!!

I cannot say enough good things about this cookbook. It will immediately draw you in with the gorgeous photography that accompanies each recipe. The best part is when you make the recipes they actually taste as good as they look! Love all of the commentary, tips and authenticity that radiates through the pages. I've made 5 recipes in the 2 weeks since I've owned it and one has already been made 3x (Olive oil apricot granola).

This is the perfect hostess or housewarming gift! Laura Lee finds the perfect balance between healthy foods and foods everyone will love (especially the men in the family). There are no wild ingreedients in here that you will have to google or search for. It is such a well produced cookbook, you can tell Laura Lea put her heart and soul into making it! I can't wait to try the coconut avocado popsicles and the lamb burgers!

Love that there is no fad diet involved. Just wholesome healthy food! Really appreciate how she suggests sides and other pairings with each entree. She also offers tons of ideas, tips and variations for all of the recipes too. Most of the recipes are pretty simple with a short list of ingredients- also a plus! So excited to dive into this cookbook!

Laura Lea is simply the BEST at breaking recipes down and ensuring it is something any home cook can pull off. The cookbook was excellent and featured dishes that were approachable and familiar that were easy to prepare with available ingredients. I really liked that each recipe gave ideas to adjust for dietary needs and ideas for sides. The menu suggestions in the back were great too.

I love this cookbook. Working my way through it and have made some of the baked good. Amazing. I love that there is modifications for dietary restrictions as my son has allergies. The whipped oatmeal changed the game. The whole book focuses on clean eating not taking foods away that we love.

One of my favorite cookbooks! I have tried multiple recipes from this book already and my husband and I are hooked! The Chili recipe is our favorite so far (a crowd favorite actually - made for several friends) but you can't go wrong on any of them. I highly recommend this cookbook!

There's a reason this cookbook has nothing less than a 5 star rating. It's really that good. I have many cookbooks, but most of them contain only a few recipes I revisit occasionally. This cookbook is constantly open on my counter and most of my meals are now recipes from this book or, at minimum, inspired by her way of cooking. Her recipes aren't the ones where you feel like "Oh this is good for healthy food", they are straight up amazing. Every recipes uses wholesome ingredients and the results that are easy to achieve. Another thing I appreciate about the recipes is the consistency in some of the ingredients used. You aren't forced to go out and buy one off ingredients for each recipe. You can go to the store and get a good amount of the ingredients in a single haul and they will span multiple recipes. I also appreciate her methodology of omitting calorie counting and focusing on the ingredients in the food and how they will replenish your body. 10/10 would recommend to a friend :)

Her cookbook has healthy recipes that are naturally gluten free! I love that they aren't too difficult to make and are normal foods that I already have in my pantry. Also, almost every recipe has a photo, which sets her apart!
