Review:The decent middle and end made up for the terrible beginning.

Spoilers!

Firstly: The character's mother was in a terrible relationship yet she's pushing her teenage daughter into getting into a serious relationship at an early age. Seems a little unlikely but also what kind of mother is freaking out over her 17 year old daughter still being single. If she were in her 30s or even late 20s, I'd kind of understand but what message are you sending to young girls out there? If you don't... Read more

Book 1 of The Edge of Nowhere Series - The Edge of Nowhere

Review:This book is for a younger audience than myself, however, I found Georges's style replicated exceptionally well, resounded and articulated to all audiences in the manner of not only looking for more but happy to engage similar mysteries. A sensitive and engaging novel for all. Read more

Cage of Deceit: Reign of Secrets, Book 1

Review:Review:

Protagonist: Allyssa, the daughter of Empress Rema and Emperor Darmik, isn't your typical princess, tired of court life and feeling stifled she sneaks out of the castle at night and apprehends criminals with her friend Grevik. I loved Alyssa's character, she's strong, feisty, stubborn, and loyal to a fault. She's not perfect by any means, she has a temper and it can be at times extremely hard to control especially when she meets Jarvik. Nonetheless, She is an amazing protagonist a... Read more

Review:I think my heart stopped a few times while reading this book. I consumed it in less than a day, because I honestly was drawn to the lives of Joaquin, Grace and Maya.

They each tell the story in alternating chapters, yet it flows together so smoothly, the concept of them being family seems right from the very beginning.

Each sibling is dealing with confronting how their past (both mistakes they've made and the fact that they were given up by their biological mother) meshes with thei... Read more

Review:Wow!!! Incredible!!! I can’t explain what this book did to me. It hurt to read it. My anxiety went through the roof. It was a simply incredible. I can’t say it was her best book, because all Tijan’s book are incredible, but it’s definitely up there. The last line of the book through me for a loop. Can’t say I saw that coming.

This book did remind me of Sam and Mason, so if you love their story, you’ll love this one too. The male characters aren’t as hard core and the girls aren’t as ruthl... Read more

A Shade of Vampire 50: A Clash of Storms

Review:Pretty predictable and rushed. Too much fluff about how much someone loves someone, or how proud someone is to see how they've grown. Ok, we get it. And of course everything works out in the end and everyone is ok with everything. Need more plot twists or more internal struggles or something! Read more
