A Charge of Valor (Book #6 in the Sorcerer's Ring)
A Charge of Valor (Book #6 in the Sorcerer's Ring)

Review:Because there are many repeated phrases and a few words used in correctly...I am guessing English is a second language for the author. That being said, the books did keep you interested enough to want to finish the series. Read more

Princess (Of Crowns and Glory—Book 2)
Princess (Of Crowns and Glory—Book 2)

Review:Morgan Rice is an amazing author. She makes you see a whole new world. She creates characters that you love and also characters you despise. I love getting lost in the worlds she creates. She writes so that you can see, feel and touch everything as if you were actually there Read more

9) (The Sorcerer's Ring Collection) - Sorcerer's Ring Bundle (Books 7

Review:Like the prior books, the story was well developed with both plot and characters. Rice also writes well, so it is easy reading and he sets up each novel from the prior book. Any fantasy reader would find this story to be worth reading. Read more

(The Sorcerer's Ring) (The Sorcerer's Ring Collection)
(The Sorcerer's Ring) (The Sorcerer's Ring Collection)

Review:This is an imaginative yarn, but poorly edited. Usage errors horse/hoarse lay/lie, word choice (medieval feel is destroyed by modern colloquialisms), a plot with holes (the kingdom is in danger but you send warriors off to deadly training for months)--all of these are distracting. The second and third books seem especially thin. That said, there are sights not to be missed--like the curtain of rain. This review is for the Kindle edition. Read more

A March of Kings (Book #2 in the Sorcerer's Ring)
A March of Kings (Book #2 in the Sorcerer's Ring)

Review:Whilst I like this genre I sometimes have difficulty liking the characters. Unfortunately the main character still annoys me but I am finding qualities I like. It took time to " get into the novel" but found by the end that I was invested enough to go straight onto the next instalment. Author is imaginative and writes well. Good range of ages for characters. A good read. Read more

The Accidentals
The Accidentals

Review:This author I recently discovered and man I did a few of her books on audio and i freaking loved it. So she became another author that is an automatic one click for me.
And this one was another awesome read.

Fancy Nancy and the Posh Puppy
Fancy Nancy and the Posh Puppy

Review:Fancy Nancy and the Posh Puppy is a most delightful book with wonderful illustration, which any little girl will enjoy. I bought this book for my five-year-old neighbor whom I adore. She has so much in commen with Nancy; expressing herself through some strange combinations of outfits, she then expects me to admire. and through the way she speaks. I just know she will use all the "fancy" words Nancy uses. What's more, her parents got the dog she loves from the animal shelter. Skylar will adore th... Read more

The laugh-out-loud YA romcom - When Dimple Met Rishi
The laugh-out-loud YA romcom - When Dimple Met Rishi

Review:I wanted to love When Dimple Met Rishi. Everyone loves this book. It’s gotten so much hype. Unfortunately, I think that killed it for me. I started the book expecting to be sucked into the story right away, but I had a hard time getting into it. I liked the characters right away, and the premise is so cute, but something about the writing made this book a little hard for me. It almost felt like there were too many words. Maybe it was too literary? I felt like I was wading through all of the desc... Read more
