Paranormal
Review:This is a great addition to the Phoenix Pack series.
Frankie is a half shifter wolf who was reared by her maternal grandparents after witnessing her parents deaths when she was 3 or 4. She is not connected to a pack, and her relationship with her grandparents is up and down. Out of the blue, she receives an email from a paternal relative that starts a snowball effect. Everything she knows will be challenged.
I enjoyed Trick's and Frankie's story. I did not want to put the book down... Read more
Review:I loved, loved, loved this book. It was my favorite of the "Call of Crows" series. Erin and Stieg were a delight. However my favorite part of the book was definitely the quest. Erin and Nidhogg were hysterical. Even though Nidhogg has a disgusting diet I would love to read more about him. Great job Ms. Laurenston. I cannot wait until the next one. Read more
Review:Dani and Jamie are perfect mates, each dealing with issues. This story has a relaxed pace, vivid characters, and a gentle tone dealing with those issues. There isn't really any action, just relationships. The only real problem near the end is dealt with gently also.
Juliet, Jasper, Bailey and all the other characters are just as well drawn. All in all it was great to return to Bear Creek and I am looking forward to reading the rest. Read at least the Bear Creek series, as well as the Bear... Read more

Review:Wow! I am so happy to have discovered Katie MacAlister. She does what most authors cannot - mixes sexiness, romance and humor to create a perfect recipe for a book you absolutely cannot put down. In GGV, you also get a dip into the paranormal. This is not a "carbon copy" of Feehan's work (as one reviewer mistakenly believes); Rather, it is Katie's own brand of "semi-vampires" - Dark Ones. And boy are they yummy! What sets Katie's version of the paranormal apart is the combination of her sharp wi... Read more

Review:I really enjoyed this book far more than the rest of the Dragon series....... Which is not to say that I didn't like the rest of the series, but I LOVED this one.
I really enjoyed seeing the softer side of Baltic. The love that Baltic shares for Ysolde is a true love story that has left me wanting many more books about the Light Dragons. Read more
