Review:I have been searching for years and after paying about $20,000 for tests and treatments by 2 gastroenterologists and a Dr of Neuropathy, I have finally found Dr Campbell-McBride to be a credible source. I went on the stage 1 diet and immediately my insomnia went away. I have had debilitating auto immune symptoms for about 5 years and this treatment is showing encouraging results. Read more
Review:This book, although written in the early 20th century contains some of the most important health information ever recorded. Dr. Price was a pioneer in determining the relationship between nutrition and degenerative diseases. It is my opinion that all healthcare practicioners (traditional and alternative) should be required to read this text before graduation. I believe that it is that important to understand the implications of living in an industrialized nation...and of course what can be do... Read more
Review:Great information about ways to grow healthy children, without all the chemicals. When I eat the way they say I should my nursing twins are much happier. When I haven't, such as over thanksgiving and Christmas, they fuss and cry a lot more. Can't wait to see how they do with these new options once they
start eating real food. Read more
Review:Shawn Achor is a brilliant guy. His research and work hold both an insightful and refreshing view of the world. I'm a fairly optomistic and hopeful person. His book provided me with an even greater roadmap to a more productive and positive way of life, both at home and in the workplace. Shawn's teachings have inspired me to work on being a "positive genius". There has already been some very real differences in my family life. I'd recommend this book to everyone. It can only improve your life. M... Read more
Review:If you have already read a few self-improvement books, this book does not offer anything new. It is gleaned from well-known concepts and best sellers. I am disappointed at buying this book simply because of the 4-star rating by others. Read more

Review:What an amazing, thoughtful, well written book. I have 2 little boys and I feel so grateful that I'm reading this book just in time to prepare me for the years to come.
Having boys is absolutely the most amazing experience ever but it can also be challenging, tiring, overwhelming!
Thank you for writing this book and reaffirming that love, gentleness, respect and understanding for each other feelings can never go wrong! Read more
Review:A great book, especially for Moms with teenagers girls. I mailed to my daughter, she has one teen age 13th. and I thought she could fine some good advises from the book. I hope she does.
The author of this book, Mary Pipher, is a resident of my city, Lincoln, Nebraska. I have read all of her books. I like the last one. Seeking Peace, which I borrowed from the Libriary. Review:Quck, very relate-able book about one woman's weight loss journey and how she finally found long-term success when she discovered intermittent fasting and the "one meal a day" lifestyle. What I like most about the book is that it's very inspirational and enables you to realize just how easy it is for ANYONE (even you) to be successful. There are plenty of instruction manual type fasting books out there, but this one is fun to read and empowering. It's like chatting with an old friend. Read more
Review:Definitely NOT was I was looking for.
Nothing sustainable in time here for a regular person, with a regular job.
Not flexible. Very structured.
Lack of deep information and a lot of advertisement to get it (but paid).
Call for specific supplements. Read more
