Addiction & Recovery
Review:Highly recommend to anyone who has ever struggled with addiction. Lisa's descriptions of what alcoholism and early

Review:The Mindfulness Workbook for Addiction is an incredibly helpful tool for clients, clinicians, students, and educators alike. The workbook offers clear and thoughtful direction, with thorough exercises that can be beneficial for a host of clients. Emphasis on the mind-body connection is particularly helpful. Addiction is one of the most difficult problem areas to treat and overcome, but this book provides an essential guiding light. Terrific! Read more

Review:I recently read 12 Stupid Things That Mess Up Recovery by Dr. Allen Berger and it is one of the best books on recovery that I have read. As I am in recovery, this has been very insightful into the complexities of the disease of addiction. I plan on using it as a one of my daily life tools and am already sharing it with other people in recovery. Thank you so much Dr. Berger, I plan on reading more of your books and look forward to helping others with the knowledge you are giving us.

Review:I have read this book at least 20 times. Obviously it's worth reading and it magically reveals new information with each reading. It is a can't fail formula for developing self esteem and for maturing into a functional adult. Read more
Review:This copy is clearly a riff from other Little Red Books. Some of the typesetting is a little careless, the spacing and page setup could be better, but it does contain the same essays as other Little Red Books. The thing with this one is the price is right. Read more
