Review:Overall the book raises some good points with regards to developing open dialogs with both existing and potential customers. The book definitely could have been summarized in fewer chapters. Review:Whatever profession you work in, you will fall behind if you don't understand the principles that Friedman explains so well. Like From Beirut to Jerusalem, this book is extremely well-written and well-told. It's by no means an easy read, but Friedman helps us out by weaving stories from his travels around the globe and giving enough examples so that even non-technological folk will have no problem following his argument. Review:Probably the best writing teacher I have some across. William Zinsser's wisdom is simple, straight forward and he has been my guiding light for years. I have read his books and wanted to own the tape to listen to on my walkman while I walked the dogs. The tape is in practically new condition and I am so happy to have it to hear his voice. Review:Huge fan of the original Miracle Morning. Got an advance copy of this book and I loved it. I was a little concerned when I first started reading it because it seemed like basically a duplicate of The Miracle Morning. But after the first couple chapters it was all new material focused around wealth building.
