Christian Living
Review:I just finished this book and it is wonderfully compelling. It is classic Miller. The author wanders all over the place spinning humor and digressions into a coherent story of how he got to a place where life is fulfilling. This is a road map to life that is not liquored up with distractions, amusements, and wishful thinking. Miller explains how post-post modern people can find meaning without sentimentality, and how the difficulty of the journey makes the results sweeter. Read more

Review:Reading Love Lives Here: Finding What You Need in a World Telling You What You Want, was like sitting down next to a best friend while she is sharing heartfelt lessons God has taken her through. There are so many nuggets of gold in each chapter that touched my heart that make me want to add to our family's experience. I laughed, and cried and nodded my way through this entire delightful book. I wasn't ready for it to end. One grateful reader. Read more
Review:I read this book slowly, taking in every word and idea and piece of Scripture. Review:I love this book! It's easy to read, interesting, and calms irrational fears. I wanted to hurry up and read it to give to a friend, but realized I want to keep it for referral when I inevitably need it again in my future freak-outs. Highly recommend. Read more
Review:Rick Warren has written another common sense book for all to benefit from. The questions at the end of each chapter challenge the reader to go one more step. We are using it in our Bible study. I have enjoyed the book very much. Read more
Review:Someone gave this little book to me on my birthday in December. It's got brief, inspiring segments, perfect to leave in the WC. I love it so much, I bought several to have on hand as gifts. I have given one away so far to a friend for her birthday. This friend (a not-yet-believer) was very grateful and told me that she had memorized one of the verses. She is giving a copy to her sister. The beat goes on. Read more
