Review:Fun read, enjoyed the stories of the portraits and the ghosts who inhabit Hogwarts. Wish there was more about the friendship between the founders - especially about the tricks and adventures they had. Read more
Review:Hot hot hot! This book doesn’t disappoint, I literally couldn’t put it down. Kate and Chaucer’s story is definitely unique, a private club to get pregnant by a hot stranger, but still manages to be sweet and romantic. If you want a quick and steamy read this book is for you. Read more
Review:I absolutely adore Jodi Picoult and was ecstatic to find out she had a new book however this one left me wanting more. More explanation, more story, just more. I felt very unfulfilled after reading it. Perhaps if this was a short story to go along with a longer volume I'd eventually get my "fill" and rate this much higher. Read more
Review:I loved Matheson's Duel. King and Hill pay perfect homage to a masterpiece of terror. A great story that burned by my eyes in a trail of gasoline and smoke. I'd tell you to read it, but with the reputations involved that seems pointless. Read more
Review:Now this is the very definition of a master class in writing sex scenes. I myself am not currently looking to write anything, however, I love DG and anything she writes. I always enjoy her humor and if anything else, it's a sort of hit list of some very memorable scenes from across the Outlander saga. Read more
Review:Lisa Gardner is exceptional! She the only author I diligently collect. My hubby will even go to the store at Midnight when her books release just so I can read the latest one first thing in the morning!! Read more
Review:I had the opportunity to attend the Mystery Writer's Conference in NYC a few years ago. I would have loved for DD Warren to show up. I loved the insertion of authors that I'm familiar with as they tried to figure out her puzzle. Read more
Review:The Naughty Princess Club, owned by Cindy, Belle and Ariel, has grown beyond their imanigations. When they started the business, it was out of desperation, since they had all lost their jobs. However, since Ariel’s divorce, she has not been able to do participate in the business. Her ex did a real number on her self esteem. Always commenting that she should diet due to her weight, when in reality, she’s just a curvy woman. Coming home one day she finds police outside her home, not because o... Read more
Review:I love everything that comes out of Deaver's brain. That said, I just felt it went on for quite a while, then got wrapped up in a matter of a couple paragraphs. Which is why I'm not a fan of short stories. Read more
Review:Unfortunately weak entry into the world of October Daye. I was hoping for a cute story from Quentin's perspective, but there was no story or plot, just one long conversation that rehashed previous territory. The interactions between the characters were formulaic and (I hate to say this) dull. The one bright spot was a brief exchange at the end of the story that made me smile. That's what earned it two stars. This really should have been a short story offered on her website for the die-hard fans. Read more
