Short Stories for All the Letters - Once Upon an Alphabet
Short Stories for All the Letters - Once Upon an Alphabet

Review:I heard about this book on NPR and it caught my attention, so I ordered it as soon as I got home to surprise my two boys (4 and 6). We have really enjoyed this collection of stories! The stories are funny, well-written, and kept everyone's attention all the way though. It a good type of different and I think that's why it works so well. Read more

I Wear My Tutu Everywhere! (All Aboard Books (Paperback))
I Wear My Tutu Everywhere! (All Aboard Books (Paperback))

Review:My niece is kind of obsessed with ballerinas at the moment and when I saw this book I couldn't pass it up. It is a cute story of a girl who gets a tutu and wants to wear it wherever she goes, even if it causes a little bit of inconvenience. When it gets ripped, she decides that maybe tutus are good to wear sometimes, but the rest of the time play clothes are a good idea and more comfortable. It's a cute tale of a little girl that is sure to resonate with the little girls in your life. Read more

All the Best Things About Being in a Wedding - The Best Ever Ring Bearer
All the Best Things About Being in a Wedding - The Best Ever Ring Bearer

Review:This book with be carried by my great- nephew who will be about 21 months old when he will be a ring bearer at my daughter's wedding in October. There will also be an older ring bearer who will actually carry the rings on a pillow. We were trying to figure out what little Mason could carry. This book is perfect and is quite appropriate because Mason is blond just like the little boy on the front cover of this book and will be wearing a black tuxedo. Read more

PopularMMOs Presents A Hole New World
PopularMMOs Presents A Hole New World

Review:My 8 year old son saved his money and bought this book. He paid me and I ordered it. He counted down the days and hours until delivery. When it finally came he had no interest in his Xbox or Netflix or YouTube. All he wanted to do was read this book. When he was done he wouldn't put on his bookshelf that he shares with his 4 year old brother. It now lives in a special spot in his dresser under his jeans. Anything that gets my kids face away from screens and promotes reading is a 5 star win. Read more

Forever Young
Forever Young

Review:Love the book, but not happy with the service.
The professional, paper book cover was delivered wrinkled and torn.
I needed for a gift, so I emailed right away, but received no response.
The system that is supposed to handle problems, definitely needs to be updated and be made more "people who have given you years of service" user friendly. This one should have definitely been replaced, especially since it was given in memory of a great, "guitar-playing virtuoso, who went to heaven far ... Read more

The Crows of Pearblossom
The Crows of Pearblossom

Review:Rather two essays... subject linked and roughly contemporary.

Doors takes us on a mescaline trip in the early fifties that was witnessed and noted... almost a diary. Questions asked and recorded. A big emphasis on color and light. Infused and coming from within objects... very bright and punctuated by an imperceptible breathing as if the inanimate had become animate. The room objects became "itness" as red books become bright emerald like slabs and flowers glow like marble scupture.

Whales and Dolphins! (Wild Kratts) (Step into Reading)
Whales and Dolphins! (Wild Kratts) (Step into Reading)

Review:This book is great for Wild Kratt fans, but I am disappointed that the sharks are portrayed as aggressive and angry. As someone who works in marine biology, sharks are greatly misunderstood and these illustrations do not help the stigma the animal has. My daughter kept asking what the sharks were so mad about.
