Review:If you have ever seen Lindsey perform via Youtube or live in concert, this book provides a glimpse into her beginnings, her roots, and her passion. I have seen her live in concert three times in three cities and she never disappoints as a dancer, musician, or as an amazing human being full of drive, passion, and faith. A MUST READ! Read more
Review:Bought for a 9yr old niece who is very interested in science. I love how it has the potential to teach female children that science and math are not 'boy things' and help them stay interested in these subjects. Sometimes you just need to be reminded that science is cool for girls too. Read more
Review:If you are a seeker of God's truth and believe all that is written in the bible, then read this. But If you are afraid to find out you have been wrong in your believe all your Christian life, then, this book is not for you. Let me just remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but He has clearly stipulated that the truth shall set you free, and you shall be free indeed!
Wonderful book specially for those who want to understand clearly the Sovereignty of God in Salvation.

Review:If you remember the musical events of 1970, you'll find this book absorbing and surprisingly informative. If your record/CD collection contains the final recordings of the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkle and the first CSN and CSNY albums, the first solo recordings by former members of these bands, and the first three James Taylor records, you'll find yourself listening and reading the liner notes again with new perspective. (For instance, how interesting to notice that Joni Mitchell's appearance ... Read more
Review:Told with class. After reading this book I am more in touch with the real truth and not some fabricated Hollywood tale of romance (between June and Johnny). This may be only my opinion but bottom line is Vivian was a first class lady that was above the nonsense and illicit behavior she was subjected to during her marriage. Some people party like rock stars ( or country stars) their entire life. I would think a life lived in a such a way would be nearly a complete blur and much regret would follo... Read more
Review:This book is refreshing: the idea of a child architect is novel to both children and parents, yet the life lessons in the book are simple and straightforward. Fun, interesting illustrations. Such a welcomed departure from trucks and princesses. It's currently my favorite gift for boys 2-5, although this book can and should be enjoyed by both sexes and all ages! Read more
Review:This is a biographical story of Nathaniel Bowditch, a famous mathematician and navigator, who lived in Salem, Massachusetts, in the late 1700's and early 1800's. Nathaniel, or Nat, is very gifted in mathematics; when he starts school, his schoolmaster punishes him for suspected cheating because Nat's math skills are so far ahead for his age. After the schoolmaster sees that Nat can solve difficult mathematical problems for himself, he not only apologizes to Nat but says that he sees Nat as Harv... Read more
Review:Richard is honest and holds nothing back. Naming names is not something many authors do in famous circles. I was hooked from the first chapter I read and didn't want my journey with him to end. I remember hearing these songs on the radio first hand and wanting more. Sadly I was only in SoCal for a short time as a teen. If you get a chance, pick up this book. It's not just a summer read, it is so much more. So many things to remember about my teen years. Who knew. Read more
Review:I brought this for my grand child who is graduating from grammar school. I read it, great subject matter, wonderfully laid out, encompassing the entire spectrum of the sorely afflicted land. Wonder it it is a bit much for a young girl? Read more
Review:(A kids review) I bought this book as my biography for women's history month at school and I do not regret my choice at all!! The book told me everything I needed to know about JK Rowling and it included some extra information I didn't find in any other books. I would recommend this for ONLY people that have read the Harry Potter books and for ages 7-13. I also suggest some of the other who was books. Read more
