and Advice on First-Year Maintenance (Owner's and Instruction Manual)

Review:easy read and loaded with facts. several other books i read tried to go the humorous route which i understand, but didn't find nearly as useful. not that this book is dry, but it gets into the details (e.g., did you know you should keep any humidifiers at least 4 feet away from the crib to prevent bacteria growth? i didn't. and the 3 books i read before this one didn't mention it either).

well worth the read. lots of helpful charts and tables at the back if you are intent on tracking... Read more

You Have to F*****g Eat
You Have to F*****g Eat

Review:I got this as a present for my mom (as she's a mother of four, the youngest now being five) she's well experienced in the area of parenting. Growing up it was difficult for my mother to get me to sit still long enough to eat something .... and it's the same with my younger brother. It's a great book to chuckle at the frustrations of particular quirks children endure. I also bought Go the **** to sleep for my dad by this same author, whom always has difficulty getting the busy little boy to sleep... Read more

Misadventures in Sawdust at Offerman Woodshop - Good Clean Fun

Review:I got this book for my woodworking son for Christmas. I looked through it when I got it to make sure it was something he would like. Nick Offerman is a TV star he likes, and I really couldn't put the book down.

It tells all about his shop and the people he has hired, their interesting stories on their journey in their careers, what they do in the shop, and of course projects and instructions to finish them. There are lots of tips also on how they do their jobs efficiently and to perfec... Read more
