Review:I have read everything SEP has written. The Great Escape was a delightful summer read, but I'm beginning to lose interest in the "continuing stories". I hope a brand new fascinating main character is in the works. Read more
Review:How these ladies write another breathtaking book in the Beautiful series is beyond me. I never laughed and cried so hard in my life. From girl code on the plane to the tension during the climax of the plot, I could not put this book down. THANKS FOR ANOTHER MASTERPIECE! Read more
Review:First off, I ADORE Meg Cabot novels. I always look foward to the new releases of her novels. And this novel was fantastic! You can relate and get inside of the head of the main character, Lizzie Nichols. And from page one till the end, you are laughing. It is hysterical! It's a great beach read that you do not want to end. If you're looking for a great, funny, romance novel, this is the book to buy! Read more
Review:4 - "Who knew the day I walked into the studio... we'd end up here." Stars!
My last read from Melanie Moreland was the enjoyable The Contract to say that It Started With a Kiss is almost the polar opposite to that book would almost be an understatement.
That is in no way meant disrespectfully, because I enjoyed the story that the author gave Daniel and Avery, but it is a book that falls into the sugary-sweet, light-speed-insta-love, virtually no drama or conflict category.

Review:Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World is the most fantastically written, intriguing, meaningful, exciting, page-turner of a book that I have read in my eighteen years on this planet. It combines two stories (which are, in fact, one), both so intriguing that I couldn't put the book down. (Neither could my mother or older brother.) Murakami's prose is incredibly vivid and action-packed, like a well-filmed movie or a fantastic dream. This may sound artificial, but his writing, in conte... Read more
Review:I bought this book after reading Night Film, which I loved. This being her first novel, it is definitely apparent in the writing and story line. While I did enjoy it, the story is very slow moving and lengthy in detail. The momentum doesn't really pick up until at least half way through. Read more
Review:This was my first Chuck Palahniuk book and I found myself having to adjust to such a detailed book. I felt that I was actually there, in the room, with all the men waiting to be a part of a porno to make history. I felt like I could smell the thick air that Chuck described and found myself entering a whole new world of literature when reading.
Chuck is gifted in a way that I've never experienced in an author. Every sense is explored with him and every character is so real. It was like lea... Read more
Review:Fun love story with a little mystery thrown in. Great repartee and innuendos between Nathan and Jade. While this is a standalone, was fun revisiting with characters from book one, Brady and Shealyn. Here's hoping for a third book in NOLA! Read more
Review:Very interesting concept for a story line. About the time you think "I''m running out of book, where is this going?", it all comes together & really does it quite nicely.
You will like Kat & Joel; & may even wonder where the heck it's all going with Maria & Larry? There's even a tad bit of a mystery to wonder about & try to figure out the answer to. No matter, enjoy the read. Read more
Review:The closest story that Taryn Plendl has come to with So Much More is When Harry Met Sally, although it can give that classic chick-flick a good run for its money! It's just as fun and sassy with its own share of crazy scenes that make you laugh out loud while all by your lonesome.
I didn't expect the he-said-she-said POV of this book but it's one that works well for me, especially since I don't mind being to see into brains like these! Avery has such a special, snarky sense of humor that ... Read more
