You have killed me. You took me to incredible height, to my lowest point in this wonderful book you have written. I don't often cry like a baby while I am reading a book so I hope you are happy. This book was so well written. So full of heart felt words and gut wrenching scenes. I don't know when I have read a book that gave me more than I ever expected. But I am glad now that I have read it, let me know that God has plan for us all. I guess we just have to be willing to play the cards that life has gave us.

After reading this book, it was hard to believe that this was a debut for this author. I was completely captivated by this story. The heroine, Aundrea, has gone through so much at such a young age, but she doesn't complain about her situation - she chooses to survive. And then we have Parker.........there really are no words to describe his character..........you really need to read and discover him for yourself.

This is a sweet love story, but there are a few unexpected twists, one of which had me gasping and in tears. It really is a must read.

This story of absolute and forever love had me hooked. The passion between the two characters was so well written. I gave this a five star because I couldn't put it down. The story overall was sad, but happy. I recommend this boom too any hopeless romantics out there. This boom will make you cry and make you smile. I absolutely lived this book and will be buying the second one.

Omg!!! What a beautiful story. I usually stay clear of books with characters that have an illness because I don't know if they are going to get through it. Once I started it I couldn't put it down. I was crying during the epilogue and you got me. Well done. Great job!

This book is amazing! The writing is straight forward and to the point. I enjoyed the relationship between Aundrea and her sister but obviously mostly between Parker and Aundrea. The story is different than other stories I read about a character with an illness. I didn't feel the impending doom throughout the book, I mostly just got to enjoy the journey. The best part is the end...although it was read through tears and devastation...I was so shocked and excited after realizing there is a book #2. I will b starting it immediately!

Great love story of how a couple, Aundrea and Parker fall in love and deal with Aundrea or Dre's cancer. Very realistic portrayal of what it is like to go thru treatment for cancer and how it affects not only the person with cancer but also her loved ones. Love scenes were fantastic, there weren't a lot of them but the ones they had were realistic given Dre's illness and very passionate. Don't want to spoil it but I didn't like the ending, hence 4 instead of 5 stars.

Parker, was nothing short of incredible and amazing!! Aundrea... I related to her on such a deeply personal level. This book was so so very touching and wonderful, and heartbreaking... Much like Aundrea I was diagnosed with dibilitating incredibly painful, incurable diseases as a teen. Though unlike Aundrea mine are NOT terminal, my life still changed completely and my outlook on it. I related totally to her symptoms, only she found the most wonderful man who loved her unconditionally, and she has a totally supportive incredible family. .... Anyway!! Thank you so much Amanda Maxlyn for writing that, it meant a lot to me. Though I'm married, it made me hope for an even deeper love and connection with my husband. This book was sexy, sad, sassy, comical, raw, and very very moving.

Aundrea and Parker met one night unexpectedly. It went from being a one night stand to being one true love for them both.
Where cancer we all know sucks tries to to fully take control of Aundrea's llife

There is joy, pain, sorrow, love, surprises, strength, weaknesses, and promise in this story. Throw in humor and a bit yummy sex and it comes together in a rich story that pulls you in and doesn't let go.

Sometime you just have to fight to be treated normal and keep other things an omission of the truth. Especially if you are afraid to lose someone very important to you. I know that this is a necessary evil but you must always know that someone pays the price. If not immediately, then in the future. The emotion and turmoil in the book is evident by the state of the characters. I wept with them and felt their pain.

This is a great book. Aundrea has been fighting cancer since she was 17 & has never given in to it , but when she meets Parker, it changes her approach to life. It's a good love story, a tender life story. The believable characters are my favorite part.

Everyone is afraid to hear the "C" word--CANCER, yes CANCER. This book was true to life. It made you feel you were right there fighting the battle with Dre. The chemo treatments, the sickness and loss of one's self. Their feelings, their everyday struggles & most of all afraid to fall in love. Can that person accept them for who they truly are & most of all love them. A great love story-- you laugh, you cry, You feel their emotions as you read it. I could not put this book down, kept you entertained & guessing what will happen next? Looking for to reading the next book & see where it will take you.

Very heartfelt and eloquent writing. I was transfixed by the character Aundrea from page one-- her spirit, her struggle, her authenticity. The story is emotional without being over the top. I highly recommend this book---but be prepared! You will cry but they are good tears!

A supremely powerful story about an amazingly strong leading character. Aundrea is amazing and I hope that every woman learns what strength and dignity is through this woman. She is amazing and an incredible role model for all.

And PARKER! OMG! Love him! He's is the perfect book boyfriend!

Read this story! Devour it! Fall in love with Aundrea and Parker!

You won't be disappointed.

Pretty juvenile. I couldn't finish though I tried as respect to the author's effort. Basically a sorta cutesy little love story. If you enjoy romance novels maybe you'll like this-- at least more than me

It was a great book. It definitely had some formatting issues and missing punctuation but nothing too disruptive. I would have preferred a longer epilogue...it felt very abrupt. Perhaps a novella to follow up???

It's definitely an emotional one, I went from laughing, to cheering her on, to being hopeful, crying, and just thankful. This story is so loving and moving. This characters couldn't be any better, their love and support just warms your heart. Thank you for writing this story. Please keep them coming...I would love to hear more from Aundrea and sexy Parker :)

I am crying as I finish his book. My Granddaughter passed away from Cancer at the age of 21. I wonder how many of the same terrors she had. She was diagnosed while a Senior in High School, and yes she went to her Senior Prom wearing a wig. She also had the bone marrow transplant. I can't read the next book.

I was surprised by the subject of this book, mainly because I have Non- Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I was glued to this story line through each chapter.

I too have had numerous medical diagnosis while going ng through the chemo. This was such a fantasy book when you have gone through so much. I've ordered the second book and look forward to reading it. Very well written.

I absolutely LOVED this book! It made me laugh, made me cry, made me swoon, and made me giggle like a 12 year old school girl at some points!

I loved the chemistry between the characters, and there's some solid advice thrown in there about love, life and taking risks. Definitely worth the read!

I read this book in about a day and will definitely be recommending it to my avid book-reading friends!

AMAZING! I laughed, smiled and bawled like a baby....especially at 90% of the way through. This story is centered around cancer, so if that topic is too raw right now, you may want to read it when it's safer. Didn't put this book down and read it in one night...I HAD to finish it! Parker is a man of character who I absolutely love and adore. He is gentle, sweet, caring, funny but also demanding, rough and passionate. ❤️❤️❤️ This couple & their friends/family.

I truly enjoyed this book. Aundrea is a great character. She's strong, brave, and fun. Parker... What can I say about Parker? He's great BBF material. Funny, charming, handsome. He's all of it wrapped up in a hot vet package.

I knew I'd like this one. I hilighted a quote on page three. I don't think that's ever a bad thing.
