Asian foodie girl here. This is the best Asian cookbook out there and I have several. Has all my favorite Asian dishes and they are very simple to make. I've made 5 dishes so far and everyone of them turned out amazing! I'm so excited. Can't wait to try all the recipes! This is a MUST have! Thanks Chef Tila!!

Jet Tila is one of my favorite celebrity chefs. These recipes are really easy to prepare, while some take more prep than others, many and really quick to make. They are also SUPER good. I highly recommend this cookbook!

Amazing recipes! This book had me experimenting with flavors I had never tried before. I've screwed up a few but the best part is Jet Tila is happy to give advice on the dishes through his facebook page. Awesome guy with a well written guide for food. Alton Brown's forward is pretty fun as well.

This is one of the best resources ever for Asian recipes.I come from a Korean and Chinese background,my daughter in law is from Japan,and my friends are from India and Thaliand . This is an excellent book for authentic recipes presented in an easy to read format with tasty results.
Although abit pricey and slow to arrive in the mail, it is well worth the price and wait! I would highly recommend this book .
