A quirky smart fun family loving cocky genius! Ashley @ White Hot Reads

The second book of the second generation of the Cocker family is one that keeps you wanting more of the family. Ethan is the Family Genius and doesn’t know he wants love until he sees what his sister has. The way that Faleena Hopkins has both Ethan and Charlie talking to the reader is a totally different approach than any of her other books. I love learning more about the Cocker family and seeing each member get their HEA!

Once again Faleena Hopkins gives us another cocky Cocker to fall in love with. Ethan is not your typical genius and he shows us his playful funny side as he falls in love with Charlie. Crazy, wild and fun cast of characters with a surprise antagonist. Always fun getting glimpses of other favorite Cocker family members. Author used an interesting style of having the main characters talking directly to the readers at beginning and end.

Ethan Cocker… Just saying his name brings a smile to your face. You cannot help but be in love with him from the very beginning of this Cocker Family story.
I refuse to give away spoilers in any review, but I have to say this… Ethan and Charlie’s happily ever after is one that surpasses all other. And yes, Vanessa and Stacy are crazy from word GO!
Read the book, you will understand, and you will laugh away your troubles.

Every book gets better and better ! This one I'd go back and read over and over again, these two are something else. Every time, from the first page I'm prepared to stay up till I'm finished! I seriously love this series! I've loved every Cocker a little bit more than the one before but I don't think anyone will be better than Ethan. He was the perfect combination of smart, cocky, funny, sensitive and Hot! I can definitely see myself coming back for a re-read in the future! I voluntarily reviewed this ARC. This is another excellent read from Faleena Hopkins. The story-line and the characters are always great and the whole book is just a great read. I've been buying her books since I saw the first Cocker Brothers book and to tell the truth I haven't been disappointed yet. I've so far read them all and I can honestly say they were well worth it !! Buy them all---you won't be disappointed.

First, I absolutely loved that he followed in his dad's footsteps with the thinking she was a guy before he met her because of her name. Seriously, that was my favorite touch. Then the Uncle Jett and Grandpa thing, my heart! I cannot get enough of this family. The family's amazingness kind of makes my ovaries explode, making me want a huge family.

This book is Cocky Genius:Ethan Cocker (Cocker Brothers of Atlanta) written by Faleena Hopkins. I seriously need to know where to find the Cocker family. I'm already married but I could always use a new friend. These books are all intertwined with all of the brothers and then their children and cousins...etc. Faleena really outdid herself with this one and the perspective that she wrote from. I enjoyed when the people from the book were speaking to us, the readers. Great book!!

I laugh so hard reading about Ethan and Charlie! He is just like his cocky dad Jake only double the laughs because he just doesn't then it off but at least the pranks aren't included. The author did a fantastic job on Ethan story and besides the first book Ethan has become my favorite Cocker right now. I Love this family that are way more enjoyable at this time than any other I've read so far the Stone Brothers half to take a bake seat at the moment now. Keep it coming please!

I was skeptical of breaking through that fourth wall taboo but it totally works! And I don't think it always did on Moonlighting. Only a Cocker could pull that off. The suspense was so well timed, teasing! And the romance and sexy scenes are the stuff of good dreams. I liked Charlie from the beginning. Her character is so brave and sweet. As always, Faleena Hopkins has written not just a love story but a life story. I couldn't put it down. Thank you!

I looovvve Ms Hopkins writing style. Her books are saucy/hot, funny, I always get emotional, Ms Hopkins has mastered the art of keeping the reader hooked until the penultimate chapter. I thought Jake and Drew's story was great, but Ethan and Charlie's story is #1. This is such a great family "saga" with all the pieces coming together and staying linked throughout the series thus far. Makes you wish to be part of such a wonderful group.

When I am feeling down , or want an emotional release I st down with a Faleena book and they never disappoint. So refreshing to have male characters who are arrogant but love with their whole being. I LOVED this book, and the entire series. I am caught up now, Faleena better get her fingers typing, I have needs!!

The Cocker family is living big in lots of different ways. Each one has their own unique story and like all families each one is intertwined with the other. On meeting Ethan at first I thought what a Cocky you know what! But on reading more I found he really isn’’t as cocky as he acts. In fact I am so happy I have found this author, Faleena Hopkins, because she has a rare talent for giving each story a twist that is not predictable, and this is no exception. I really enjoyed Ethan’s story. The journey that Ethan and Charlie travel to get to their HEA is anything but boring! At first I was uncomfortable with the writing style but that was part of his character, which was only used for the first few pages and is more a reflection on me. Give it a try and you will be smiling and enjoying yourself. You can read each book on it’s own or in any order but it adds another dimension if you have read the other family members' books. Ms. Hopkins has a style of writing that grabs you and has you caring about the characters. There are parts that will make you wonder what the heck, make you sad or happy but always make you want to find out how it is going to end! My only compliant is it was over too soon! Now I have to wait for her next book. I received this ARC for an honest review and I can in all honesty say that you will not be disappointed with this book.

The writing style of this book, kinda threw me for a loop. I really loved Ethan & Charlie's relationship once they left Atlanta & when Mr. Cocker got sick I was in tears. But the level of craziness in this book was a little much. In Feelena's summary, I understood more about her choice in writing style but if I wasn't fully invested in the family & reading Ethan first, I may not have made it past the first chapter.

In Cocky Genius, I wasn't so sure I'd connect with the characters as well as I did in the first few books, but she paved a way! Not only was it written well, but Ethan's journey was a fun one to be a part of!

Ethan is an incredibly intelligent son of Jeremy Cocker. He is a computer whiz hired by Charlie to help with her company. They have an attraction to each other, but he seems to attract whackos, too. In a bizarre love triangle of crazy women, can Ethan survive the insanity and gain the love of Charlie?

There was so much emotion going on in this story. There was suspense, humor, intrigue, some crazy going on, heart-wrenching to the point it brought tears to my eyes, and soul shattering love. I loved Ethan and his wonderful family. It was a pleasure to see Charlie finally get the happiness she deserves. I can't recommend this book more.

I absolutely loved this book! Telling the story as though the reader was included was genius. Ethan is my favorite Cocker so far. Ms. Hopkins is definitely one of the most creative writers in Romance. As always, she has awesome characters and captivating storylines. YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK.....As well as all the others!

I loved Ethan speaking to the readers. I also thought that Brick was in on the hacking. I could also get a feel for Stacy's stalker tendencies and Vanessa's craziness. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.

What I loved about this story was Ethan’s sarcastic, witty humor. Don’t we all secretly desire someone like Ethan. But don’t worry, he also has a very sensitive side especially when it comes to family. I swear I need to invest in the tissue industry just to read Faleena’s books. This is not a bad thing. It just makes you feel so good.

Cocky Genius was a great book. It was fast paced & had me hooked from the start. Ethan lives up to his name of the book for sure. Charlie doesn't know what to think of him. Charlie is more reserved until Ethan gets her to open up. This was the first book that I have read by Faleena Hopkins & I can't wait to read the rest of the series. I voluntarily read & reviewed an ARC.

I liked how Ethan talks to the reader throughout the story. It invested me even more in the story and had me laughing. Ethan is brilliant, but even the brilliant can be outsmarted. Charlie is running a company that is having a security problem. They meet and identities are mistaken. I laughed and felt the heat between them through the story. Truly enjoying the characters and the series.

Ethan, the genius and Charlotte aka Charlie's story is hot and amazing. So many twist and turns. I could not put it down. At fist I though this series is getting to long but I was wrong. Faleena did it again. The second Cocker generation is hot and spicy, I also love that we get to encounter old friends at the family reunion and a the book has the Cocker genealogy at the end.

Great story! The chemistry between Ethan & Charlie is off the charts! As soon as I got this, I started reading and couldn't put it down. Humor, drama, tenderness, and some suspense tie together to make this great read. I received an arc for a voluntarily honest review.

OMG! This is awesome!!!!! I've never read the Cocker Brothers before but I've already got two more downloaded. I can't wait to read them all! Ethan was hilarious! I love his perspective, even included me in the book. You have to read it to believe it. Now I'm going to read about his mom and dad! Great story, HEA with no cliffhanger! Ethan and Charlie are another great couple. Their chemistry is very well-written. I look forward to all the future books in this second Cocker series. The family tree provided by the author on her internet pages was a very needed resource.

Charlie and Ethan are two very smart people. She is the CEO of her grandfather's company. He is a computer genius that she hires to find the hacker for her company. When they meet for the first time, sparks fly. Love these Cocker stories!!

Each one of these Cocky family members blows me away. I love this family and the bond they share. I laughed so hard at parts I had tears in my eyes and then I was struck with so many other feels, I don't want to give anything away. Read this book, you don't have to reads the series to love this but you definitely should because they are FANTASTIC

I loved how you pulled the reader into the story, by making Ethan not only aware of our presence, but making it his idea to hack. I'm a huge fantasy fan so I got all of your movie references. Most of all was the scene between Nett and Michael. I was done when he woke up and told Nett he loved him too. I was already at the edge,but that pushed me over. Well done.

Faleena Hopkins did it again. I love the Cocker Brother's series. At first I was worried about reading about the children of the primary characters. I could imagine seeing the children as adult enough to have sexual relationships, so I waited about 3 months after I read the first set of the series before I read this book. I can't wait to read Hannah.

From the first sentence this book captivated me. Seriously. I could not put it down. The first chapter is, simply put, amazing. It draws you into the story and you cannot wait to find out what happens.

We've known Ethan for awhile now (sort of, I mean, I guess we really only got to know him in Hannah's book) but reading his thoughts and his story is, simply put, an experience you don't want to miss. Charlie is also great, even if he does think she's a man based on her name.

There's everything in this book. A great love story, a few sketchy characters, an incredibly cocky and hot genius, and even some sadness, but put it all together and you have yet another amazing Faleena Hopkins story. I can't wait to see who's next!
