I voluntarily read a free copy from the author for an honest review. Loved it! Beautifully written, great story and romance with like able characters. When this series is done I'm going to have to start at the beginning and have a marathon read and chart all the relatives. Faleena is one of my favorite authors. When a new book is released I know I'm in for a treat. JIR

So worth the book hangover I have today!! Emma's story was perfect for her and completely surprised me! I loved how she came into her own and was empowered to be that woman! Tanner was a great surprise as a partner for Emma and I loved his story! I was impressed by the development of their relationship and that sex wasn't the foundation for it. As always, loved the Cocker family scenes and glimpses into their lives too. Cocky Love was fantastic!!
I received an ARC and voluntarily provided my honest review.

The cocker family gets better with every book. Emma was a much anticipated book for me she is a sweetheart and you just want her to find love. I would have never thought it would be a guy like tanner but they are perfect for each other. You will love the back and forth between these two characters. You will not want to put this book down.

I loved it. Plain & simple. This series has been 1 hit after another. I like that you can pick this book up & read Emma's story as a stand alone. Faleena gives you enough back round to understand the family dynamic. As always I personally think you should at least read her Mom & Dad's story first, but you don't need to.
Thank you Faleena for writing such strong characters. Loved Emma & Tanner.i received this as an advanced readers copy for my honest & personal, voluntary review.

Emma wanted love and a happily ever after, like her parents. However, when she meets Tanner Hamilton she is insanely attracted to him, but he is such a jerk! Then her aunt forbids her from working with him and that just peaks her interest. Will their age difference get in the way or what about her dad, uncles and brothers? Nothing is ever simple in the Cocker Family but is always done with love and humor! Great series!

Emma is an amazing story.. Faleena once again makes her characters feel like members of my family... Tanner is a man any woman would love be by her side..heis a perfect match for Emma. I laughed and cried with these characters..can't to see who is up next. You will love the give and take between Tanner and Emma and what they have to overcome to be together. FAMILY!!

I love this series and this family. Every book gives you all the feeling possible. You laugh, you cry, you hope, and you laugh some more. This book is no different. I love seeing family members from other books show up and continue to grow as people. If you haven't read these books, you should. But I should warn you, you may stay up to late reading. So be prepared to be late for work. You don't want to put any of these books down. Emma Cocker's story is just as appealing and addicting as the rest of the Cocker family's stories. Enjoy!

Another awesome Cocky book by Faleena Hopkins!

I always get a bit giddy when she hints at a release date for her next story... These Cockers are my favorite family!

Emma and Tanner's love story was just perfection. They are exactly what each other never knew they needed to be their best selves, and I loved how it all played out.

I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book

A cute, funny, love-filled story! Tanner is a alpha male billionaire and Emma is a realtor helping him find a suitable house in Atlanta. Their relationship starts with attitude and fireworks and leads to infatuation and love! Misunderstanding, stubbornness, humor, sexiness, and a whole lot of Cocker family love! I received an arc for a voluntarily honest review.

At first I thought Tanner wasn't the love interest because he was such an ASS! But just any good reformed bachelor, he comes around and was exactly what Emma needed to grow herself. I'm obsessed with Faleena and can't wait to read Eric's story!

Okay, brace yourself, when you read this book, you will fall totally in love with a non-Cocker! Tobias was good, but Tanner's full 360, his heart of gold & his love of children was pure perfection. I kinda feel out of love with Jake for a minute there!
Great love story, with lots of hot sex but also fabulous family dynamics.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. This is another great read from Ms. Hopkins. I just love the fact that each story intertwines with the others but keeps it as a stand alone. And the way that Emma lured Tanner to her was brilliant...game on, or is it love on? Get this book, you won't be disappointed.

I loved Emma's story, the ending was unexpected and melted my heart. I was a little surprised that her over protected family hardly mentioned the age difference as a problem. Not that it was a huge gap, but they seemed more open minded then I gave them credit for.

Another great read in the Cocker series. We get to see Emma "come into herself" as a female Cocker, standing up for herself to her dad and brothers. This story is full of sweet emotion. A wonderful addition to the series.

They just get better and better! One of the many favorites in this series for me is Hannah and Emma's bond. Their relationship is one that I have loved throughout the series. I could not imagine the right man for Emma... silly me that is why Falena Hopkins is a Writing Goddess - Tanner was her perfect match!

This made me smile. The characters were so well developed and the banter was enjoyable. And that ending- GAH! I loved it. Told from more than one pov with a HEA, I really enjoyed Emma and Tanner's story and I am in love with this whole family, though I'm late to the party.
I received an arc of this.

Very engaging series. The story lines sucks you right into the family circle. This is the ninth book in the series that I have read and completely enjoyed. I'm looking forward to reading the story about Gabriel's twin.

While I had a little trouble getting into Emma and Tanner's story the first few chapters, I quickly fell in love with them and found that their story blends perfectly with the rest of the Cockers. Tanner is perfect for Emma and I enjoyed getting to know Emma. I empathize with her struggle to prove to her family she's a grown woman and can make her own choices. Another win for Faleena Hopkins.

I was disappointed that the story wasn't about Emma and Andy after the ending to Hannah's story, but I quickly got over it and really enjoyed the story of Emma and Tanner. They have a great love story and it's an enjoy to read.

Emma Cocker meets her match with bad boy Tanner Hamilton. They torture each other until it's revealed that Tanner and Emma's dad Jake have a confrontational past. The up a and downs, plus the great humor make this a must read.

Emma is a misunderstood real estate agent. Tanner is a solemn older man who dates older women. But when they meet something electric happens. Can past problems interfere in this relationship? Or will real love conquer all?

I love the whole Cocker family (and Jake will always be my favorite!). I love how we could see Emma come into her own woman in this book. At first I was hoping that Andy would be her man but I loved Tanner. The whole book was great.

*****this is a exceptional series that should be read in order*******
That being said I absolutely adored this book. I was hesitant going into it, not a big fan of older/younger stories. Of course faleena hit it out of the park!

The Cocker series is the best roller coaster writing experience available on the store. It makes you laugh, cry and gives you attitude. I never can put the book down till it's finished. I'm that absorbed into the book. Faleena, you have an amazing talent. Thank you for sharing your stories.

Awesome as always! I love all of the Cocker books and this one is no exception. Keep in mind that it is best to read all of the Cocker brother books before this one, it will make it easier to understand all of the many characters and relationships in the book.
