These giant lift-the-flap books are great. My daughter is 1.5 yrs old and I have taken this to the doctor's office, on the plane, anywhere that I need to keep her busy and in one place for a period of time. The Curious George one about going around the neighborhood is also awesome for this same reason. That one has actually been a little more user-friendly for her since it has bigger flaps and simpler concepts. But it seems she's growing out of that one and is more into this one lately. This one should keep her interested for a while, I think.

This book has lovely illustrations in the "original" Pooh style. If you (or your child) are looking for a more modern book, this one probably isn't for you.Our 18 month-old son adores the book and loves looking for all of the characters under the flaps! It truly is a very large book and has more flaps than you know what to do with! The paper is fairly sturdy, but he has still managed to rip out a few of the flap tabs. Likely an older toddler would be more careful. The book has no real plot or story, but is a fun romp through the Hundred Acre Wood.

I just love this book! It’s beautifully illustrated. My 17 months baby doesn’t think so. Out of her 100 books, she hadn’t touched this book once. When I offer it, she rejects it. I still love it! Can’t wait for her enjoy this book in near future.

My son loves this book! Tons of different flaps for him to lift up and explore, plus it's very colorful (he is 18 months). We've gone through it more times than I can count and he's still finding new things to explore. The pages are super thick and have held up to some pretty heavy abuse so far. Even the more delicate flaps have proved more resilient than I thought they would. Well worth the money.

Love the lift flaps and Pooh bear theme. However some of the drawings were a bit difficult to determine, like the fur cones for f and rain boots were under W for wellingtons (which is not a word used in my area.) The clock with the numbers on it was not well thought through - it ends up being a bit misleading because it seems to have the entire day end in 11 hours. Also, the glass window was said to be green colored - glass is usually clear/see-through.

The illustrations are very close to the originals and not like those counterfeit Disney imitations, which is a plus.
