I really enjoy these cards! I am really into chakras and find the connections between the concepts and the various chakras really fun and relevant. I have used these on myself and others, my mom even bought herself a set because she loved them so much. I find using journal to reflection on connections and revelations I have made to be the most beneficial way to use these cards...of course the best approach is different for everyone. I have been trying to incorporate mediation more into my daily life and these cards help, they each have a meditation/visualization exercise and I find they can help me get in touch with answers from my higher self.
