I think this book deserves more than 5 stars. This is the 3 rd book by this author I have read in the past WK or so and by far the most spellbinding. The story is well written and has the ability to give you the feeling you are right there. A suggestion to continue the story of Lily &Edward and Dru and Rod.........bravo

Besides the fact there were so many characters to follow, I also felt it was an average storyline. I found I had to push myself through it, not to say it was boring by far. Just not a page Turner for me .The storyline itself was ok but there was so many characters it was confusing..and I wasn't pulled in.

I really enjoyed this book. The question of guilt or innocence was very compelling. The characters were engaging as well. I was a little let down at the end, by how long it took to wrap the story up. I think that was a personal preference matter, though and shouldn't take away a star from an otherwise too notch book.

3.5 STARS

A gripping story that had you wondering just who was this killer that killed the maid of honor from Shea and AJ's wedding just days before the wedding. AJ, a decorated marine with PTSD is the number one suspect. The bridesmaid was killed in his apartment and he's missing. Opinions of the in-laws and of the townspeople play a very big role in this story. It's not a cozy little mystery set in a small town outside Dallas. There are some very important issues dealt with while trying to find the killer.

I will say this book had me very, very frustrated with these police officers throughout the whole story. However, I guess I had the advantage of seeing things that they did not, but it still irked me.

This was a suspense mystery dealing with a lot of different emotions that I found very entertaining and was glad that I got the chance to read this book.

Thanks to Lake Union Publishing and Net Galley for providing me with a free e-galley in exchange for an honest, unbiased review.

Great writer and great story that kept my interest they and thru. But I wish the author would not use the foul language .. I would have given it five stars if the language weren’t in it. At any rate. It is a good story that will keep u reading til the last page.

This is an exceptional book. The plot and characters were believable.. Every character has a story which is dramatic in that you never know what will happen next. There is both good and bad in each of them which most of us can relate to. A must read. Enjoy. ?

Loved this domestic thriller. Beautifully written Page turner. Secrets kept are dangerous...story told by 2 moms who will do anything to keep their children safe. A lot of secrets going on. Thanks to NetGalley for this read in exchange for an honest review!

The theme of compromises made to mask secrets in one's past runs through this story, centered around a murder mystery involving bridesmaids in an upcoming wedding. A little predictable, but good characters that the reader could relate to.

Story moved fairly well, but lacked some character development. There is also an i interesting detail in the story that was not resolved. don't want to give it away, so I won't say more. With that said, however, I will likely read another title by this author.

I figured out the "who" very early on! I thought the last couple chapters were kind of sappy...very common ending. But, I think a lot of women will probably like this book due to its melancholy
Wring!
