Fated (Relentless Book 6)

I have been waiting for this next installment in the Relentless series and I was not disappointed. I love the dual POV of the book. I loved seeing most of the characters return for this story. The book follows Chris and his mate in LA. As they struggle to overcome the events of their past, a new dangers threatens their future. Chris, Nikolas, Sara and Jordan return while several new warriors are added to the character list.

Another loose end tied up in Karen Lynch’s host of characters with the same feel as her previous ones in the series. I was not disappointed. I love getting to see all the characters we know and already love continuing on their journeys, their paths intertwining. Theres fast paced action, theres cutting tension, and ultimately there is love. This heroine is quite the bad*** and Dimples, you are in for some trouble.

This was a great series. Each book was exciting and kept your interest. This was not your normal boring supernatural story. Anyone who loves romance with great characters will loves these books. You won't be sorry.

Loved it! (And that bonus scene!!!) I love that Chris kept his sense of humor throughout. I was afraid he would go too lovey-dovey once he mated. Nope. Perfect! And jordon, being my favorite character, was a delight as usual. Can't wait for more.

I had been reading through several different types of books looking for something but just not finding it. When I started this series I was immediately taken in. The characters were bold, interesting plots and I loved the final chapter. I would like to read about Jordan finding her mate.

Karen once again did not disappoint! I loved reading about Chris and his mate. Also getting to see characters from the past show up. New villains and suspense. I can’t wait to read more from her. I will definitely be first in line for whatever her next book may be!!

Like all of her other fans, I was looking forward to reading this novel. And granted, it kept me intrigued just enough to keep reading, but this novel could be so much more. I honestly think it could have benefited from three books, like Sara's story. I like Chris's character and the way he interacts with everyone in the previous novels is gold, with his wit and sarcasm. I didn't feel any of that in this novel. Also, Beth...Beth could have used more, a lot more character development; there were times when I couldn't distinguish her voice from that of Jordan's or Sara's. There were a lot of scenes that would have benefited from more detail and actual story telling. The scene that sticks out for me personally is when Chris wants Mason to talk to Beth, and he does but we don't know what was said, or have any emotional investment in the scene, because it was brushed off. I think it would have been a perfect scene to see Mason and how he feels about the situation and some character growth for both Beth and Mason, and potentially for Chris, since he had to sit down and talk to Mason. There was just too much that was breezed over that, like I said before could have benifited from a trilogy or even three novels like Sara's story.

Karen Lynch knows how to capture a reader, keep them intrigued, and ask you begging for more. The anticipation for Fated was well worth the wait. Karen is an amazing author and her books are phenomenal.

Fated is amazing! Chris has always been one of my favorite characters in the Relentless series. Karen Lynch does a wonderful job of telling Chris’s story. There is humour, action, adventure and some Mori romance. The world Ms. Lynch created in Relentless continues to grow with depth and the ability to capture the reader’s interest. There is something so comfortable about her writing. Each book feels like being reunited with long lost friends. There is no reason I can think of for anyone who reads the YA genre (or books in general) should not read the series and Fated. If you haven’t read the series leading up to Fated it would make sense to start at Relentless to fully appreciate the story and its progression. I love every book. I have read the series more than once and after reading Fated I started listening to the series on audio book. I know that I will read Fated more than once. If you want a new world of friends and fantastic beasts (including my favorite- hell hounds) then start reading. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you Karen Lynch for continuing to build on an already fantastic series! I cannot wait to read your next creation, be it in this world or not!

Karen Lynch’s books never fail to be amazing. I’ve started buying them without even reading the excerpt to see what they’re about. So thrilled to have found a writer that can draw me into their world and keep me there!

I really liked the book. I loved the special story at the end. The relentless series is my favorite series of all time. I recommend this book to everyone that likes adventure, romance and a little bit of complicated. It’s the best. You will love every character.

This is an amazing book and a wonderful addition to the Relentless series. Chris is one of my favorite characters and it was nice to see his story and also to catch up on our other favorite characters. I can’t recommend this book enough!!!
