A Werewolf Shifter Paranormal Romance - Book 1 of the True Mates Series

I really enjoyed reading my exclusive copy of this book. I really liked the female hero, and enjoyed the idea of a society hidden on the fringes of our own. I enjoyed trying to figure out the story line before it happened in the book. The book is exciting, interesting and I am eagerly anticipating the rest of the books in the TrueMates series. I highly recommend this book...it was fun, interesting, spicy, and made me happy. I am really glad I got to read it.

I thought this was a fantastic book. Both primary and secondary characters were relatable and likable. Alynna and Alex had wonderful chemistry. It was an interesting story line and everything flowed together nicely. It did have a HEA which was awesome, if course, but left loose ends and several openings for more in the series. I can't wait to read the next one.

A wonderful story about a young woman finding her way through lifes curveballs.

The first being she found her true mate and knows nothing about her lycian side.

The angst of being the alfas sister and the politics that go with it.

A diffrent approach to true mates.

Good concept for a story. Despite obvious potential there is a near fatal absence of, for lack of a better term, "flow" to the story. The bones of a story are there but the ligaments to hold the segments together and the muscle to flesh it out are missing or tragically underdeveloped.
Additionally, a settee is a couch, not somewhere you would place dessert. Unfortunately the vocab errors and grammar oversights combine with the lack of flow to result in a work that comes off as immature. Hopefully as she continues to write this will resolve.

Alynna discovers a huge secret when she shifts into a wolf. She hasn't known until one fateful day where she also meets her mate, Alex. She is now welcomed into a new world full of surprises.
Great characters! Loved the story.

New approach.....usually with True Mates it is instant attraction and immediate recognition. This time no one realized they were True Mates until she was already pregnant. Can't wait to see what happens with Cady & Nick and Grant & Frankie.....and who the bad guys are.

This was an interesting story, marred by so many editing errors. Alynna and Alex are both Lycan, except she doesn't know it. Alex is a bodyguard for the Alpha of the New York pack. The author does a good job world-building and even people unfamiliar with shifters can follow along. The steamy scenes are plentiful but to me, weren't the hottest.

Well written book with plenty of romance, intrigue and some comedy thrown in for good balance.
All the characters ,even the minor ones are extremely interesting. So much, that I hope they have a story of their own. As it is I can't wait to read book 2.

I read the first book and immediately had to read the next one. I absolutely love this series. I have made it through the first 3 in this series in 3 days. Will finish the rest very soon! These are a must read if you enjoy this genre.

Normally not my kind of book, however, I love this book. It has a little bit of suspense, drama, love and just honestly keeps you guessing. I even cried once while reading it. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Do authors still use editors because I can usually keep up if it's just a few errors but there was just to many sometimes I couldn't figure out what the author was trying to say. Beside the errors the book was just OK.

Couldn’t even make it halfway through the first book. Even by the standards of shifter romances this is bad. No world building. No showing. Just endless, bad, contradictory exposition. Even for free, this is too much.
