The story line was acceptable but would have been better if characters and story were more developed.. The writing was repetitious. Kept thinking I might have enjoyed this much more if I was a teenager rather than an adult. It seemed the main topic was really superficial hollywood film information rather than the affair.

There were too many inconsequential segments that could have been omitted.
There was also too many grammatical errors.
Who or to whom would I recommend this book? I am not certain that I would.

After reading Women and Children First and thoroughly enjoying it I looked for another of this authors books. I was not disappointed with this one. Although the first half of the book was a bit slow it certainly picked up in the second half. (Please take note the Reviewer at the top who read only half the book before writing a review!) Such a lot of research has gone into this just like her last one. Well written and keeps you turning the pages. What I do love about this author is that she always puts an epilogue in her books. Thus tying up all the loose ends and letting us know what happens to the characters after the story finishes. I m now about to start on my third book and am sure I will enjoy it as much as the others.
