Read the paper version but bought the electronic version so I could have the jokes always ready to show others. Some books attempt humor by using profanity & bodily fluid references only. This one adds intelligent psychological humor. Thank you Mr. Oatmeal!

I love anything The Oatmeal touches...and apparently he likes to touch animals. A lot.
I purchased this book and so far have not been disappointed. Inman is SO funny. He really creates comics based on
things that you already know but would have never thought of putting down on paper, like how soft butter is at 13.2 seconds in the microwave yet leave it for 0.1 more of a second and it's a puddle. DUH! His hilarious comics make me laugh out loud and
this will definitely not be my last purchase from him.

This was the second book I bought my daughter for Christmas, because it was recommended reading when I bought the first book,
Hyperbole and a Half. Unfortunately it wasn't the same kind of humor...a lot more crass with swear words, etc. It's OK, but really nothing I'd recommend to anyone, necessarily, unless of course, they have that same kind of sense of humour.

You absolutely must know why Grizzly Bears Should Wear Underpants! The title comic was exactly what I needed to read on the day it arrived. So fitting. As usual, the Oatmeal does not disappoint. This book is full of laughs and must be shared.

This book inspired me thoroughly. Matthew Inman is a genius, and his observation on how covering a bear's naughty bits will make it more aware of its faults was true. Here's the problem; although a men's XXXXL will fit most grizzlies, they disagree profoundly with application. Brookfield Zoo was kind enough to let me try to put the underwear on the bear, but would not pay for the resulting medical expenses.

I thought this book would be a specific book specifically related to the title. However, it's content seemed to be all over the grid.

The book was pretty large, which was nice. However, It seems to start out as a book about a Grizzly bear, but not specific to why he should wear underpants. And it seemed like 10% of the book was dedicated to the bear and then the rest of the book is just short story nonsense with all over the place topics that did not even seem very humorous. Some parts were funny, but most of it was not.

I give this book 3 stars for the great artwork and awesome printing, vivid colors, and the sheer size.

However, I personally would have preferred a smaller book in size, specifically related to the title and more humorous in material.
