The Little ABC Coloring Book (Dover Little Activity Books)

I was a little disappointed in these ABC books. They are really too small for preschoolers, which is what I purchased them for. They are nice, though and would be good for Kindergarten or first grade.

This is s great book for helping children understand the alphabet. Too many alphabet books use pastel colors and way too busy illustrations. This book limits the items per page and I'm sure that left to the their own choices they will choose primary colors.

I bought this small coloring book along with two others from the same company for a very young but very bright neighbor girl. Hopefully she will learn her ABCs while she is working on the pictures. She said she liked it; so I do too.

These pictures were exactly what I was looking for for my 3yo...simple drawings pairing letters to pictures. But, as others mentioned, it is small. Great for tucking in your purse or bag with a few crayons to pass the time in lines, etc., but much smaller than a regular sheet of paper. If we enlarge them, they're perfect.

I initially thought the book had accidentally been left out of my order, then saw it at the bottom of the box. Had I noticed the dimensions, I would not have bought it, however, the pictures re cute.
