Werewolf Shifter Romance (Takhini Wolves Book 1) - Black Gold

SHAUNE has been one of the most entertaining character's I've read in awhile. For him to end up with a southern bell the likes of Gem was just icing on the cake. The supporting cast in Vivian AREND books always makes her books even more entertaining and I can't wait to read the next one.

I've just started reading Viian Arend and this was a pleasureable way to start. Gem and Shaun are great characters, the storyline was original - Southern lady meets North Western Outdoorsman; what a match.

I loved the story, it was funny, direct and romantic I couldn't ask for more! I'm definitely adding Arend to my list of favorite authors.

I recommend any of Vivian's books!! They are hilarious, sweet, suspenseful, and just unique!!! I loved this book and will be getting both of the sets plus the extras. Thank you!! I needed the uplift just before the holidays!

This book funny because he could get away with just about anything. I really enjoyed the part when he was in the office with his Alpha and they were drinking moonshine and he felt like he was on an roller coaster.

Gem is a real southern belle . A wolf southern belle with a mission . To escape the clutches of daddy. Shaun is a wolf with issues. Willing to break all the rules until he meets her. Then the fireworks begin.

If you are into shifter books, Vivian Arend is one you'll want to add to your tbr list. Smooth writing style. Good story line. Short reading time for those with little time to read. I would read more from this writer.

Anything by this author is fabulous. I really enjoy this series. I think I accidentally read Book 2 or 3 before this one for some reason because the situations seemed familiar but I'm game to re-read either or them.

This is a really good read if you like shapechangers and romance. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series. I recommend this book to all who enjoy this type of genre. It will not disappoint.

Enjoyed!!! I loved the suspense! If you're looking for a story that does more than have hot sex, then you're in for a treat. This one gives you a little of everything. Story line, suspense, and a lead up to the romance.

I thoroughly enjoyed this shape shifter paranormal action packed romance. The characters were amazing and extremely sexual. The setting was beautiful. I can't wait to read more about these characters.

Black Gold by Vivian Arend is an excellent book. It was a quick but enjoyable read. Like all of Vivian Arend's book this one immediately grabs you and pulls you in. It's impossible to put her books down. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys paranormal romance. This particular spin on shapeshifters is unique and thrilling. This book though the first in the series is connected to another series by Arend the Granite Lake Wolf series.
