As an older lesbian, I found this book quite enjoyable. While I came out early in life, I could identify with the main characters interior struggles to be true to her true self. While coming out is a different experience today than when I went through the process, the author was able to capture the essence of the fear and trepidation that one endures. I recommend this book as an enjoyable read which also expands ones insights and understanding of each persons quest to discover their true identity and to celebrate our diversity.

Harper Bliss is one fine writer who is married to her partner. She tells it like it is and what women in love go through. It's heart warming to read of such love. I have known a number of lesbians (believe me). I knew a couple who divorced and the hell they went through. I also worked with a fair number. Anyone who wants to read a good writer, read Harper Bliss.

A very interesting story. Harper has done a marvelous job of telling a mid life coming out. This story hits a lot of points experienced by many who stayed closeted for many different reasons until later in life.
Overall another great read created by Harper.

Micky begins an adventure that ripples through her ordinary life and produces a coming out story full of surprises and firsts. You will enjoy rooting and hoping for love to prevail while meeting a cast of characters you might like to have in your own life.

So excited to read the first book of Harper Bliss' new series! She did not disappoint. Harper has brought alive characters that we can all relate to. Her characters are real and have depth. They struggle with the same issues "real" people struggle with. I can't wait for the 2nd book in the coffee shop series!

I loved the journey of Mickey and the struggles she had as a character. Every lesbian has that moment of apprehension when first coming out of the closet. Her moment was just later in life and courageous. I told Bliss I was going to regret reading this book because the I would be jonesing for the next one. Can't wait!

No Strings Attached is so well written. Harper Bliss takes us on another relatable journey so full of human emotion that I feel like I am completely invested in the lives of Micky and Robin. The depth of these characters and the details in the story are so fully evolved. I can’t wait to read the next one.

I enjoyed the way the characters interact, how Mickey feels that Robin is so not her type. Amber tells her she so is.... I look forward to Amber's story, an the struggles she's going thru, the woman that catches her heart....

As always I look forward to reading anything by Harper Bliss, so when I saw the cover for this book I was pretty excited as honestly just by looking at it, it draws you in. However when I was reading it I found it quite hard to get into the story, don’t get me wrong it was a good book and the story was pretty amazing, I just struggled to get into it. It’s not often that I struggle to get into a story and I hate myself for not being able to this time, but this doesn’t mean I will give up on Harper’s work altogether, it just means that I will keep going and continue to support her as honestly she is such an awesome writer. Honestly though you should go out and pick up this book as honestly the style of Harper’s writer is truly awesome and it does draw you in.

Normally a big fan, but this one felt a little... phoned in? Not sure exactly what it is I don't like, but I had to make myself finish it out of respect for the author. It was hard to get into. I felt like it hard this same story a million times. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't, in my opinion, as great as the rest of her books.
